The6 Division did recommend initially that the7 application be granted, but upon review, staff8 asked that it be remanded over the contested9 case hearing process based on the Division's
10 indication in its letter report that there were11 negative information in the financial character12 and criminal investigations of Applicant.13 There were conferences held. Mr. Mauger14 submitted some charter reference letters and15 entered into an agreement which was done by16 stipulation of settlement with the Division.17 And now it is before you for your18 consideration.19 Brian is here on behalf of the Division.20 CHAIR LEVINSON: Thank you very much.21 Good morning, Brian.22 MR.
