them you would like to follow up with them.• Don’t leave this in the hands of new reps! If you want TC or RVP
done ~ YOU HAVE TO BE THE DRIVER! • Never assume your down-line is following up. Even if they say
they have ~ there is a good chance they haven’t! • Best way to do follow up is a 3 way with the rep but if they aren’t
available ~ call anyway! DON’T PUT YOUR BUSINESS IN SOMEONE ELSES HANDS. You will never run out of warm market if you get really good at collecting numbers and implementing follow up in your daily activities!

Do you have 5 or 10 min that we could give her a call? She wanted to have a chance to talk to you real quick.”

just LISTEN. Most people will tell you all the reasons they can’t do it, and if you keep listening they will then tell you all the reasons they need to and why. Let them talk themselves into it. Use FEEL, FELT, FOUND. Ask them if you could meet and answer some of their questions and concerns.)

base with you about ACN—I am so excited! I know you will be great at this-- We are going to run together and will make a lot of money doing it!!! Give me a call when you get a quick minute and we can talk— (never leave a message about next meeting times or anything like that—just quick, urgent and excited!!!)—Do this so that they are still thinking about it and they stay excited!
Remember that a “non response” or “no answer on the phone” means (“I
don’t want to say “no” and I don’t want to say “yes”—I am still thinking!) •

UNIVERSITYBIG ‘DON’TS IN FOLLOW UP: DO NOT:• Interrupt them• Assume you know what they are going to say• Hang up without setting an appointment or getting a referral or customer• Be worried about saying the wrong thing ~ saying anything is better than
saying nothing!• Be the message.. you are the messenger• Ask them if they want to talk to edified expert or ask if they want to get
together to answer questions… peel the layers and book the appointment. They do!! Be the leader.. Be the driver!
