The Act on Preparation of the Final Tournament of the UEFA European Football Championship EURO 2012 of 7 September 2007:
• in particular, it determines the conditions of execution of undertakings connected with planning, construction, alteration or renovation of stadiums and other development objects, necessary to organise the tournament (the ”EURO 2012 Undertakings”)
• the specification of the EURO 2012 Undertakings will be determined in the appropriate directive of the Council of Ministers

the EURO 2012 Undertakings
– scope of activity – preparation, execution, coordination and supervising of the EURO 2012 Undertakings
– the tasks are assigned to the Company on the basis of an agreement between the Company and the Local Government Unit, State-owned company
