This Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront estate located at 20Pipers Point Lane in Alton New Hampshire is like noother. It began as a home that neededeverything inside, and the groundswere a mess. You could barely see thelake. The weeds had taken over, accessto the lake was impossible. The beacheswere hidden, and the yard was uninspired.

In the last six years, the property has been trans-formed to include a park-like setting, lush matureplantings, natural pathways with several sitting areas, three bridges taking advantage of the water and moun-tain views and the beauty of the surroundings withhuge ferns, wood chipped pathways, manicured lawns, bluestone patios, stone walls and sugar sand beaches. One thing you can’t miss is the sounds of nature, from

the water rushingover the rocks fromthe brook to the

many varieties of birds singing and the squirrels climb-ing up the trees. Close your eyes and you will feel you

are in a forest teaming with naturearound you. Open your eyes and beinspired by the beauty of it all.

The home also has been upgradedwith a new chefs kitchen, tiled and

mahogany floors, all new baths, wrap aroundmahogany decks and additional parking was created.

Years of dedication, inspired profes-sional design and an English gardner’svision, inside and out, has truly trans-formed this property to a magnificentEstate with privacy and beauty rarelyavailable anywhere. Even if you havebeen here before, come back and youwill see a whole new place and beamazed. For a private showing, contact Michael Travisand be prepared to be inspired.
