• One day rental is a 24 hour period, example: Monday @ 2:00 pm to Tuesday @ 2:00 pm.
• One week rental is a seven day term, example: Monday, @ 2:00 pm to following Monday @ 2:00 pm.
• One month rental is a one month term, example: January 1st to January 31st.
• During Repair– A client may rent equipment at 50% off while CEI is performing repairs. If we are doing warranty
repairs then the rental rate may be No Charge (conditions apply).
• Acceptance Date and Termination: rental shall begin and lessee’s acceptance shall be on the date the equipment is
delivered to/picked up by the lessee and shall terminate on the business day before the equipment is returned to

Caron/East, Inc. and/or Caron/West, Inc. (lessor) hereby rents to the individual or company named (lessee), effective on the date this agreement is accepted by lessee and upon the terms and conditions herein contained, the equipment describedon the agreement at the rate set forth. The lessor is providing the equipment from its own stocks or has arranged for the equipment to be furnished to lessee by a third party. On any event the equipment remains the property of the lessor or third pary supplier. Rental payments will be made at lessor’s address as shown. Applicable sales tax will be added to the rent. Lessee also agrees to pay delivery and pick-up charges and for cleaning, repair, or replacement if necessary.
Acceptance Date and Termination: Rent shall begin and lessee’s acceptance shall be on the date the equipment is delivered to/picked up by lesee and shall terminate on the day before the equipment is returned to the lessor or supplier.
Warranty of Condition: Lessor warrants equipment to be in good working order when delivered. By acceptance of deliv-ery of the equipment, lessee agrees that the equipment is in good working order, repair, condition and appearance and in all respects is satisfactory to lessee. Any malfunction will be immediately reported to lessor for repair or replacement, or equipment tent will continue to accrue.
Legal Title: Legal title will remain with the lessor or third party supplier during the term of this agreement. Lessee will keep the equipment free of all liens, levies, and encumbrances. No purchase or recapture options are intended, ex-pressed or implied, unless specifically contracted by a separate written agreement. This rental agreement shall not, in any way, be considered a conditional sales contract. Lessee shall not acquire hereby any right, title, or interest in to the equipment or the proceeds of sale of the same.
Indemnity: Lessee hereby indemnifies and shall hold lessor or its supplier harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages and injuries of any kind or nature whatsoever relating to or in any way arising from the order-ing, acquisition, delivery, installation, possession, maintenance, use, operation, control, loss, damage, descruction, or teturn of the equipment or any part thereof.
Default: If at any time lessee fails to make payments hereunder when due, or violates any other terms of this agree-ment, lessee shall be in default. If lessee is in default, lessor may take possession of the equipment, with or without le-gal action and without notice to or consent of lessee, and for that purpose may enter upon any premises owned or leased by lessee without liability for any damages occasioned thereby Lessee shall be responsible for all expenses of lessor in such taking of equipment.
Loss of Damage: Lessor shall be responsible for loss of or damage to the equipment from the time the equipment leaves the premises of the lessor until delivery of the equipment to the lessee. Lessee shall be responsible for loss of or damage to the equipment from the time the lessee receives the equipment until return delivery of the equipment to the lessor. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, destruction, or damage to the equipment, including damage from unauthorized attempts to repair. All equipment lost or damaged beyond repair shall be paid for by the lessee at thecurrent replacement value of comparable model(s) from the manufacturer. All reparable, damaged equipment must be repaired only by the lessor or its designated agents and the cost of such repairs shall be paid for by the lessee. Wear and tear resulting from reasonable, normal use of the equipment is excepted, Lessee agrees to be absolute insurer of equip-ment to protect against accidental damage, fire, theft, and vandalism.
Payment Policy: A deposit will be expected from lessees which have no current credit account with lessor. The deposit must be cash, check, money order, VISA, or MasterCard. Lessor does not accept trade in instruments or equipment or property as collateral or as a deposit. All lessees with current credit accounts in good standing have terms of net 30 days from invoice date; delinquent thereafter. Interest at periodic rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be charged on all past due accounts
Rental Pending Repair Terms: Service Estimate must be approved (or disapproved) within 7 business days or the charge will revert to a daily rental rate. When the lessee receives their equipment back from service, the rental must be re-turned within 2 business days or the charge will revert to a daily rental rate.
Miscellaneous: If assignment or legal action is necessary to enforce this agreement, lessee shall pay all of lessors in-curred collection fees, attorney fees, costs and expenses, regardless of whether necessary to the successful result. This agreement shall be interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
