The UGP series of the INDAR SP family is composed of submersible pumps and motors designed for pumping clean water or water with a minimum amount of solids, in a wide range of applications.

The UGP units for clean water consist of a vertical multistage centrifugal pump directly coupled to an electric motor which is also submersible.

The units are specially designed for pumping water in deep wells with small perforation diameters.

The different construction options offered by INDAR MH, together with the range of materials available, make the UGP series a highly-versatile product which provides ideal solutions to an infinite range of applications.

Speed 485 rpm – 1750 rpm

Materials Cast iron, bronze, stainless steel (316, 904L, Duplex, Super Duplex).

Type of installation Installation in wet wells (quick coupling device), installation in dry pits and transportable installation.

The BF series of the INDAR SP family is composed of submersible pumps and motors designed for pumping water with solids, sewage or rainwater, in a wide range of applications.

The BF pumps are single-stage type with a radial impeller design. Their electrical motor is directly coupled to the pump and is also submersible. They are specially designed for harsh working environments involving urban and industrial sewage and raw water.

The compactly-designed motors include efficient cooling systems to enable the unit to work at its rated power continuously, regardless of whether the group is outside the water or submersed.

The pumps have impellers that allow many solids to pass through to prevent obstruction from material transported in the water. Depending on the type of pump and the quantity of the particles in the water, the propeller can be closed or opened with one, two or more channels.

The HE series of the INDAR SP family is composed of submersible pumps and motors designed for pumping water with solids in a wide range of applications.

The HE units are single-stage type, with an axial impeller or variable pitch propeller and submersible motor. They are specially designed for harsh working environments involving urban and industrial sewage or rainwater and raw water.

In terms of construction, the pumps have propellers that allow many solids to pass through to prevent obstruction from material transported in the water. The compactly-designed motors include efficient cooling systems to enable the unit to work at its rated power continuously.

The BP series of the INDAR RO family is composed of surface pumps and motors designed for pumping seawater in desalination plants.

The main application of the BP series is in reverse osmosis processes for desalinating seawater and brackish water. These are highly-reliable booster pumps, specially designed to work with high pressures both in terms of suction and pumping.

The water captured from the sea and which is going to be injected in the membranes is divided into two flows: the first goes through the high-pressure pump while the second goes to the pressure recovery devices and then Indar’s booster pump. Afterwards, both flows come together again before entering the membranes. This process can reduce the size of the high-pressure pump and basically improves the efficiency of the desalination process.

The characteristics of this type of application represent a highly-robust pump, able to withstand the hight incoming and outgoing pressures to which it is subjected (up to 90 bar), as well as being highly-reliable, this being one of the main features of the INDAR RO pump family.
