General Maintenance (Fix & Repair) – Exist Bldg.’s & Systems within normal life cycle(Does not include repair or replacement of:furniture, academic equipment, carpet, painting in non-public space, renovations, facility upgrades)

Grounds – Maintain existing landscaping, Hardscape (i.e. roads & walks), Snow Removal, Exterior litter removal

Custodial – GF Facility cleaning/sanitation – (Not House Keeping)Public Spaces every day (Lobbies, Corridors, Restrooms)Private office/spaces – 2 X per month Vacuum, trash

removal from central containers

Construction & Renovation – Funding must be provided for:

•Professional Services (if required)•Actual Construction activities•FF&E

Construction Project Approvals (General) – •Less than $10,000 require Account Manager•More than $10,000 require VP •More than $150,000 require Presidential•Above $250,000 require Board of Trustee

•Note – If project involves professional services above $25,000 – Board of Trustee Approval is required
