1 Remove seat.

2 Remove the fuel tank cover andthe front shroud over the radia-tor.

3 Remove the four fuel tankmounting bolts and 2 push pins(Fig. A shows the rear 2 mount-ing bolts and the two push pins).

Note: The fuel tank needs to be raisedup to access the throttle body.You do NOT have to disconnectthe wiring harness or the fuelline from the fuel tank.

4 Route the PCIII wiring harnessfrom the rear of the quad to thethrottle body going along theleft hand side of the frame.

Route the harness behind the airbox mounting tab (Fig. B).

5 Route the PCIII wiring harnessbetween the battery and the bat-tery bracket (Fig. C). Continuerouting the PCIII harness under-neath the frame and go to thethrottle body.

6 Attach the ground wire of thePCIII to the negative side of thebattery (Fig. C).

7 Unplug the stock wiring harnessfrom the fuel injector (Fig. D).

8 Plug the PCIII wiring harnessin-line of the fuel injector andstock wiring harness (Fig. E).

9 Unplug the Throttle PositionSensor connector from the righthand side of the throttle body(Fig. F). This connector is cov-ered with a BLACK rubber boot.

10 Connect the PCIII wiring har-ness in-line of the stock TPS andwiring harness (Fig. G).

11 Mount the PCIII into the tailsection using the supplied vel-cro. Use the supplied alcoholswab to clean the surface beforeattaching the unit.

12 Mount the fuel tank back intoplace.

13 Make sure the wiring harness isrouted in a manner that it willnot get damaged.
