To celebrate the iconic ’57 turning the big 5-O, we are rolling it out in a popular

old cosmetic – White Blonde with gold hardware. These also include a special

neckplate, and will only be produced in 2007. Although the Strat® ocially

debuted in 1954 (ash body, "U"-shape neck), the year 1957 is important, as

this is the year that the amous ’50s era specs all came together (alder body,

"V"-shape neck), making the guitar what we know and love today.
