NBA provided complete HV AC, Plumbing, and Fire Protecti on design. CSU Dominguez Hills Dominguez Hills, California Re desi gn of the enti re existing heating ventil ation and air condition ing system for the 100,000 SF F ield House buil ding. The projec t included some partition relocation and change of use. Provided construction documents to replace several hot water boilers to low NOx type to meet South Coast Air Quality Management District requirements. UCLA Library Los Angeles, Californi a Boiler modif icat ions and re plac ement for libr ary build ing to meet South Coast Air Quality Management District requirements for NOx and CO. The boil er s were state of the ar t wi th the hi ghes t ef fi ci ency for ener gy conservation purposes CSU San Marcos San Marcos, California Provided central plant expansion and thermal energy storage, and electrical design. NBA provided construction administration and as-built drawings for this project. CSU Hayward Modular Boiler System Hayward, California This project consisted of replacing steam central plant for the entire campus wi th modu la r boil er sy stem for el even (11) bu il di ng s, incl ud ing a gymnasium, student activities center, and the science and administration building on campus. The mai n gas piping system that served these buildings was modified and additions were made to it.
