Conclusion

• Observe from RNC RAJAWALI, After RNC RAS5.1 upgraded, PS RAB Act fail due to RNC improved a lot, and PS CCSR improved from 99.2 to 99.6%.

• RNC 2,3,4 and 5 : PS RAB Act fail due to RNC more serious then other reason, assume PS CCSR can improve after RAS 5.1 upgrade

• RAN 4,5 and 6: PS RAB Act fail due to IU more serious then other reason.

• Almost HSDPA enabled site the T315 setting to 30s, that is maybe impact the HSDPA CCSR performance, and RNC Smatupang have more HSDPA site that will impact HSDPA CSSR.

• Next Action

• RNC RAS 5.1 upgrade: it will improved a lot at PS CCSR

• Change T315 to 180s: change All RNC Smatupang site.
