• (Helpful Tips)

- Resolve any log in problems before scheduling a time to enter the answer choices. If you do not have a log in profile for MyData Portal, contact your campus account administrator immediately, to become activated.

- Ensure that all of your students’ test booklets have their names printed on the front covers beforehand.

- Reading and Math are the only test subjects loaded into this system.

- Retain your students’ test booklets. It will help to verify that the test data updated to

the MyData Portal web site matches the information entered into the online answer sheet system.

- Contact your benchmark test coordinator if you are a new hire or a recent transfer

from another school. Assistance may be required to ensure that your class roster matches your log in profile.

- Alert your test coordinator if you team teach and need your benchmark scores

separated for the subject that you taught (Reading or Math).

- Any other corrections that must be made to MyData Portal must be forwarded to your benchmark test coordinator.

- This web site and online entry system are not managed by the Dallas I.S.D. TAC.

Please direct all questions or other technical issues by sending an email to [email protected] or calling the Local Assessment Office main number, (972) 925-4430.

- Enter your students’ answer choices during the week of the testing window to avoid

delays or slow network response.

- From September 21-28, the system will be available for you to get familiar with it. You may add, delete, and practice scoring tests with it. All of your changes will be non-permanent.

- This system will be off-line to upload your current rosters on September 29. Your

classroom data will be live, effective September 30. All student information entered into the system prior to September 30 will be erased.

- This online answer sheet system will not be available to enter or correct student

information after October 25, 2009.
