You can customize a menu for your Reception or Party by making several choices from each categoryof the enclosed pages and faxing/sending them to me so I can customize and price several menus foryou to consider.
We make foods for "Theme" parties, like Mexican, Italian, Asian, 1970’s and 80’s, Mardi Gras, etc…just let us know if you want to go in that direction.
Other options you will need to consider:
1. Whether to use Hard Clear Plastic plates & cups or Rental Glassware. 2. Other rental items you might need for the evening: linens, tables, etc. We can take care of the rentalorder for you. Our fee for handling this is based on a price per person for rental ordering/setup/tear-down.3. If you will need a bartender, we can provide one.
