The president’s annual report is the achievement not only by the Chapter president but also the achievement of the Chapter itself. In addition to that, our very supportive members and interested individuals for attending the seminars of the chapter. 46. My Annual summary repot: It’s very profound feeling to share the achievement of the chapter. Our Midyear and Annual souvenir magazines is our testimonies for all job done for the entire year. This is our reference with full of information with regards of the following: Technical speakers, Activity chairmen, Board Resolutions and Sponsors in all events of the chapter that can be used as pattern to inspire our members to join as an officer of the chapter and serving our members. Thus, enhance and develop their leadership and performances as good leader and officer of one organization.

In general, we categories our activities and objectives to be more interesting to our readers because our seminars and other activities are continuously happening monthly or twice a month giving as a GOOD SIGN to become an active chapter as well as active leader for the benefit of our members.

A. Technical Seminars: The chapter’s objective is to learn our members based on theoretical and actual from our experienced technical resource speakers working in different field of practice. Also, to encourage our members for further continuing education program with the help of the chapter itself to become more active members and competitive engineers as well as practitioners.

B. Plant Tours: The chapter’s objective is to impart our members on technical know-how and electrical information based in design & consultancy, constructions, installations & erection, mobilization, testing & commissioning,

C. Civic & Social Affairs:

1. The objective of the chapter is to give moral support to all past presidents and members serving other community groups.

2. To gain lot of information from other professional organizations related to electrical industries.

3. To promote good and harmonious relationship with other Filipino community group.

D. Sports & Leisure Affairs: The objective of the chapter is to promote friendship, family bonding, healthy living and sportsmanship with other groups of organization working in different field.

E. Student’s Affairs: The IIEE-WRCSA’s aims were to reach our helping hands in every school of Barangay and to encourage our pupils, students in high schools or in college in Philippines or here in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia about the science of electricity. Also, to pursue their dreams to become a professional electrical engineer someday.

F. Membership Drive campaign: The objective of the chapter is to increase the number of new members, transferred members from local (from Philippines) to IIEE-WRCSA through constant advertisement in Arab News – Pinoy Extra newspapers ads every Sunday, in TV’s - the TFC channel, posters posted in Supermarket and malls, by emails, from their friends and word of mouth.

G. Financial: The objective of the chapter is not only to generate fund to use for payment of Headquarters rental, maintenance, electricity & telephone bill, and other operational expenses such as ink, certificate, papers, plaque, purchased of computer, printer, projector and miscellaneous. Importantly, in returned for the educational activity, all our officers and members have their chance to attend the different activity of the chapter as part of their “CONTINUING PROFFESSIONAL EDUCATION PROGRAM” for their learning progress, upgrading as well as development to be successful professional electrical engineers.

H. Approved Board Resolutions: The chapter’s objective is to give our members their rights and privileges. Also, right of officers, past presidents and those who’s working hard in the chapter in front and behind the camera. The active officers give their full effort and support to make our chapter’s ACTIVE and ALIVE.

1. Board Resolution No. 1, Series of 2010 – An act requiring the activity chairman of each event of IIEE-WRCSA to submit the written and comprehensive report to BoDs pertaining to such activity.Remarks: Approved the Third reading during Third Regular BoDs meeting last March 4, 2010.

2. Board Resolution No. 2, Series of 2010 - An act to create and establish IIEE-WRCSA website.Remarks: Approved the Third reading during Third Regular BoDs meeting last March 4, 2010.

3. Board Resolution No. 3, Series of 2010 – An act for the enrolment to the IIEE-WRCSA Yahoo groups for members of all IIEE-WRCSA members, attendee of the chapter activities and other persons allied and supporting the mission and objectives of the chapter.Remarks: Approved the Third reading during Third Regular BoDs meeting last March 4, 2010.

4. Board Resolution No. 4, Series of 2010 – An act to call for a regional formation of IIEE middle East Region.Remarks: Cancelled last March 4, 2010.

5. Board Resolution No. 5, Series of 2010 – An act to approve the amount of Five Hundred Saudi Riyals (SR500.00) only for sponsoring the Elementary Electrical Quiz Bee on February 17, 2010 at Ibaan Central School, Town of Ibaan, Province of Batangas, Region IV, Philippines as part of IIEE-WRCSA commitment for continuingsupport of student’s / pupils affairs activities in our home-country.Remarks: Approved the second reading during Second Regular BoDs meeting last February 4, 2010.

6. Board Resolution No. 6, Series of 2010 – An act to purchase a digital camera worth of one Thousand Two Hundred Saudi Riyals (SR 1,200.00) only in cash to be used for any activity of IIEE-WRCSA chapter, Jeddah, KSA.Remarks: Approved the Third reading during Third Regular BoDs meeting last March 4, 2010.

7. Board Resolution No. 7, Series of 2010 – An act to purchase a laptop computer worth of Three Thousand Two Hundred and Ninety Saudi Riyals (SR. 3,290.00) only in cash to be used for any activity of IIEE-WRCSA chapter, Jeddah, KSA.Remarks: Approved the Second reading during Second Regular BoDs meeting last February 4, 2010.

8. Board Resolution No. 8, Series of 2010 – An act to give an honor of Loyalty Award to any current officers (i.e. Executive officers, Board of Directors, Executive officers and or Business Manager) who serve or earn of Eight (8) cumulative or consecutive years of service to the chapter. Remarks: Approved the Third reading during Fourth Regular BoDs meeting last April 1, 2010.

Board Resolution no. 10, Series of 2010 – An act to give an honor of Best Chapter Plaque Award for Best Chapter Entry Committees (Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Three members) of IIEE-WRCSA for the dedicated contribution to finish and submit on time the Best Chapter entry to IIEE-National in Manila, Philippines.Remarks: Approved the Third reading during Fourth Regular BoDs meeting last April 1, 2010.

11. Board Resolution no. 11, Series of 2010 – An act to approve the selection of Honors and Award Committee of IIEE-WRCSA chairmanship is to be chaired by the Immediate Past President.Remarks: Approved the Third reading during Fourth Regular BoDs meeting last April 1, 2010.

12. Board Resolution no. 12, Series of 2010 – An act to limit into a one (1) term only of service in any position from the Executive part of the Executive part of chapter officer every year (i.e. VP-Internal Affairs, VP-External Affairs, VP-Technical Affairs, Chapter Secretary, Chapter Treasurer and Chapter Auditor).Remarks: Disapproved by Board the First reading during Third Regular BoDs meeting last March 4, 2010.

13. Board Resolution No. 13, Series of 2010 – An act to amend the geographical representation covering the Taif District of the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers-Western Region Chapter Saudi Arabia (IIEE-WRCSA)Remarks: Approved the Third reading during Sixth Regular BoDs meeting last June 3, 2010.

14. Board Resolution No. 14, Series of 2010 – An to approve the maximum amount of Five Hundred Saudi Riyals (SR500.00) Only from the Chapter’s fund every year for donation in terms of commodities to our Distressed OFWs where they were temporary sheltered at POLO-OWWA in Philippine Consulate, Jeddah, KSA.Remarks. Approved the Second reading during Fourth Regular BoDs meeting last April 1, 2010.

15. Board Resolution No. 15, Series of 2010 – An act to retain the minimum amount of Three Thousand Saudi Riyals (SR3,000.00) Only in cash to be used for every incoming president of the year for the purposed of payment of headquarters and or for any activity required for the First and Second month of the year.Remarks: Cancelled during Fourth Regular BoDs meeting last April 1, 2010.

Board Resolution No. 16, Series of 2010 – An act to maintain the structure layout of IIEE-WRCSA certificate / Plaque of Appreciation and also, the Certificate of Attendance in every activity of the chapter.Remarks: Approved the Second reading during Sixth Regular BoDs meeting last June 3, 2010.

17. Board Resolution No. 17, Series of 2010 – An Act to purchase two (2) IIEE-WRCSA banners and the allocation of the required amount in the sum of Five Hundred Saudi Riyals (SR 500.00) therein.Remarks. Approved the Third reading during Sixth Regular BoDs meeting last June 3, 2010.

18. Board Resolution No. 18, Series of 2010 – An act to rename the Annual Convention of IIEE-WRCSA by adding the nth numbering series at the beginning of its title.Remarks. Approved the Third reading during Sixth Regular BoDs meeting last June 3, 2010.

19. Board Resolution No. 19, Series of 2010 – An act to provide an allowances up to Two thousand Saudi Riyals (SR2,000.00) only in cash to any interested officer, member of our organization or non member in order to prepare the conceptual layout for Mid-year and Annual Magazine of the chapter.Remarks: Approved the Second reading during Sixth Regular BoDs meeting last June 3, 2010.

20. Board Resolution No. 20, Series of 2010 – An act to provide an allowances up to One Hundred Saudi Riyals (SR100.00) only in cash per session or equivalent to four teaching hours to any instructor of IIEE-WRCSA for the educational services of their members.Remarks: Approved the Second reading during Sixth Regular BoDs meeting last June 3, 2010.

Board Resolution No. 21, Series of 2010 – An act to provide benefit to any technical speaker from our officers, members or non member of the chapter such as exemption for one (1) registration only either on Mid-year or Annual Convention of the chapter and one (1) free T-shirt or polo shirt with IIEE-WRCSA logo (if available) from the chapterRemarks: Approved the Second reading during Sixth Regular BoDs meeting last June 3, 2010.

22. Board Resolution No. 22, Series of 2010 – An act to provide the amount of Five Hundred Saudi Riyals (SR 500.00) only for sponsoring the elementary Quiz Bee on July 19, 2010 at remote areas of Barangay Bu-nga-han, town of Ibaan, province of Batangas, Region IV, Philippines as part of IIEE-WRCSA Western Region Chapter’s commitment for continuing support of student’s affair activities in our home-country.Remarks: Approved the Second reading during Sixth Regular BoDs meeting last June 3, 2010.

23. Board Resolution No. 23, Series of 2010-An act to register all Executive Officers and Board of Directors of IIEE-WRCSA to be a member of IIEE-WR Toastmasters Club.Remarks: Approved during 11thh BoDs meeting last November 4, 2010.

47. Best Chapter Entry: As Chairman and author of 2010 Best Chapter Entry Committee, we have the right to explore our talent and skills regards for preparation of Best Chapter entry. As a result the chapter garnered the Plaque of Appreciation for 2010 Most Outstanding IIEE Chapter in overseas category (HALL OF FAME) by IIEE-National in Manila, Philippines last November 24-27, 2010 during their 35th Annual National Convention at SMX Convention Center, SM Central Business Park, Pasay City, Manila.
