QUICK CAMP FACTS(please read carefully)

Location:The Pat Head Summitt Camp is held at the University of Tennessee, located in Knoxville just off I-40 and I-75.

Facilities:This summer, the Pat Head Summitt Basketball Camp will be utilizing

state-of-the-art training facilities at the Pratt Pavilion, adjacent toThompson-Boling Arena. Pratt is the new multi-million dollar practice

Athletic Trainers: Certified Athletic Trainers will be on staff toprevent and treat athletic injuries. A parental consent form will bemailed to you upon receipt of application and deposit.

The Campers: The camp attracts players of all abilities and agesfrom all over the United States and often abroad. Last year, the 2009camp included players from 40 states.

Confirmation/Transportation: A confirmation for campand a travel arrangement form will be mailed to you within 15 workingdays of receipt of your deposit. Please do not make travel arrangementsprior to receiving written confirmation that you have been accepted tocamp. Please wait for a travel form before making any travelarrangements! You must depart the last day of camp.

Team Camp Rates, Information and Requirements

$245 Campus resident fee and $205 commuter fee. Each memberof the team will receive a camp shirt. The three-day camp will be formiddle school, high school (Varsity and Junior Varsity) and AAUteams. Each team will play 6 games at similar levels of competition.Each head coach is responsible for coaching and coordinating his/herteam’s applications. (No Personal checks)

Overnight Camp Rates, Information & Requirements

$450 covers the entire cost of instruction, insurance, meals andlodging (and a $430 rate is offered for UT Faculty/Staff employeesand teams with 7 or more players). Please note: team applicationsmust be mailed in together to get the team rate. In the Overnightcamp, you do not play together as a team. Team camp (June 9-11) isthe only opportunity to play with your team. Each camper will alsoreceive a camp T-shirt and a Wilson basketball. The overnight campwill feature a full day of basketball activity. The camp will bedivided by both age and ability so every camper can compete up toher greatest potential. Individual instruction will be provided foreach camper at her position. We also have a 10 to 1 camper-to-coachratio. Our primary goal is to help each camper improve her skills.

We place a tremendous amount of emphasis on the fundamentaldevelopment of each position. The offensive, defensive, andshooting instruction you are taught can be put into practice duringtwo or three games per day. The entire Lady Vol coaching staff,along with several current and former Lady Vol players, will workwith you on your game.

Campers must be 10 years old prior to the start of camp and not olderthan a rising high school senior. No commuters allowed! Campersmust stay in the dorm. (No Personal checks)

Position Camp Rates, Information & Requirements

$240 covers the entire cost of instruction, insurance, meals andlodging. Each camper will also receive a camp T-Shirt and a Wilsonbasketball.

The Elite Camp is designed for the serious-minded player whoaspires to reach their highest potential. It is a very intenseinstructional camp designed to challenge all players to raise theirgame to the next level. Prior camp experience is stronglyrecommended. Each camper will learn fundamental skills at theirparticular positions. Please note that campers should be at least 14years old. (No Personal checks)

Day Camp Rates, Information & Requirements

$165 covers the entire cost of instruction and insurance. Eachcamper will also receive a camp T-Shirt and a Wilson basketball.Each camper must be between the ages of 6 and 12 years old. We areoffering two daily sessions (a.m. or p.m.) for day camp. First sessionwill be from 8:00 a.m. until noon. The second session will be heldfrom 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Due to the timing schedule for DayCamp, no meals will be provided. (No Personal checks)
