    End-of-Year Expenditure Reports for FY

    2011-12 Reports need to include expenditures

    from the original funding datethrough June 30, 2012 for each

    funding years. Expenditure reports come from district

    accountants from most districts

    Original signatures are required fromChief Executive Officer, the ChiefBusiness Officer, and the AcademicSenate President on each form.

    In preparation of writing your goals andaction plan you must access the

    Tracking Tool web page,

    sample data for one cohort by statingwhat issues the data raised for you.

    Description-provide sample subject (e.g.math, ESL, English), dates of cohort(beginning and ending terms), specialcharacteristics of cohort and data thatwas of particular interest to you.
