SELECTION APPEAL PROCESS• A written Statement which clearly and concisely

presents your basis of appeal.

• Academic records which were not available at the time of application.

• If you are submitting additional academic records, your Statement should include an explanation of why the additional information was not available at the time of application.

• Official documentation of extenuating circumstances (for example: doctors' records, death certificates, etc.).

• Failure to make up coursework

• Not completing the Intent to Enroll process

• Fall Semester Priority Filing: October 1 – November 30• CSUDH Counselors Day: October 6, 2011• A Day at Dominguez: October 29, 2011• Last Month to Take ACT/SAT: December 2011• Intent to Enroll: May 1, 2012• Document Deadline: July 15, 2012

Incomplete students by Feb. 1st • ELM/EPT Test Scores: April 14, 2011
