    a gig basis. Ivestmet ad divestmet plaig, crprate plaig ad Maagemet Bard

    remerati were likewise discssed. I additi, the Maagemet Bard prvided the Chairma f theSpervisry Bard with reprts all crret develpmets tside meetigs. The Depty Chairma f the

    Spervisry Bard ad the Chairma f the Fiace ad Adit Cmmittee were als i reglar ctact with

    the Maagemet Bard.

    The Spervisry Bard has fr cees, which prepare resltis by the Spervisry Bard ad is-
