2011 Men’s Club Sierra View Invitational June 17-19, 2011 The event kicks off with the exclusive Par 3 Team Challenge, June 17 at 5:30 pm. Nine holes of D’Andrea will be turned into an “Executive” style course. Teams will compete for pre-tournament bragging rights, and skins as they make their way through this 2-Man Alternate shot mini-tour nament. Member/Guest registration will begin before the round and Coors Light will be provided througho ut. The Sierra View Invitational begins on Saturday June 18, at 8:00 am. Day-of registration and team cash game b uy-in (generally $100 - $200 per team) will begin at 6:00 am. Saturday’s format wi ll include Scramble and Modified Scotch. Following the round players will compete in a skills challenge, and the chance at winning $10,000. Nike will be on hand to demo their latest gear, and the Grill will prepare a BBQ lunch. The tournament will conclude on Sunday, June 19 at 8:00 am. The format for Sunday will be 2-Man Better Ball with a Horserace following the round. The top team in each division will compete until 1 team is left standing. We hope that everyone can come out this year and continue to make this the premierevent of the season.

The requirements to play in this year’s Member/Guest are as follows: • Teams are made up of the following: 1 Men’s Club Member, and 1 non-Member.
In the case that this requirement cannot be met. Two Men’s Club Members may play together if approved by the Men’s Club Board.
• Guests that do not have an established, current, handicap can play with a givenhandicap of 0 (zero). Therefore the team handicap will be established solely bythe Men’s Club Member’s handicap.
• Entry form must be submitted, with full payment, by June 3, 2011. Early entry intothis year’s event will save $50, and must be made in full by May22, 2011.

Holes 1 – 9, Modified Scotch, 40% of team handicap. Holes 10-18 Scramble,20% of team handicap.Skills Challenge, BBQ Lunch, and vendors following round.
Sunday, June 19, 2011.Final Round: 8:00 am Shotgun2-Man Better Ball, 80% of team handicap. Horserace to follow.
