GENERAL CATERING INFORMATION

ADVANCE ORDERINGFor optimal enjoyment of your suite and to ensure the best quality, presentation and service, we ask that all orders (including special requests) be received by 5pm two (2) business days prior to each event. Orders placed after this deadline are ordered from the Event Day Menu.

EVENT DAY ORDERSEvent Day Menu is intended to supplement your advance orders. Event orders may be placed online twenty four (24) hours prior to the event or they can be placed with your attendant upon your arrival in your suite. Please be aware that if orders are placed after your arrival at the stadium, the delivery time will be approximately 1 hour.

PAR INVENTORYFor your convenience, we offer a ‘par’ or pre-set inventory of beverages. Thisservice allows you to order once for the entire season and enjoy automaticrestocking of your suite with beverages throughout. Soda, water and beer are sold by the 6 pack and liquor is sold in 750 ml bottles.

CANCELLATIONSAny cancellations made after the ordering deadline will not be accepted.

DELIVERYWe strive to deliver your order to your suite with premium freshness and with highest quality. Some items may be delivered after you or your guests arrive to ensure freshness. If you have a specific delivery time, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please call Centerplate at 315.479.9223 to make delivery arrangements. Due to food safety precautions, we remove unconsumed food after three hours of exposure.

SPECIAL ORDERSIn addition to this Suite Menu, the Executive Chef and his team will bepleased to create a special menu for you. Any special needs you or your guestmay have including food allergies can be accommodated when ordered five (5) business days prior to your event.

Centerplate has eliminated the use of trans fat in all food service offerings.

PAYMENT INFORMATIONPayment for your suite food and beverage may be made using MasterCard, Visa , American Express, Discover Card or Cash. When placing your order, please provide us with the name of the person(s) who have authority to place additional Event Day orders and who have signing authority. A service charge of 18% and applicable taxes are added to each order.

PERSONAL SUITE ATTENDANT/BARTENDERSuite Attendants provide service for several suites. For added service, a personal Suite Attendant can be assigned exclusively to your suite when requested seven (7) days prior to service. A charge of $75 will be added to your final summary for this additional service.

GRATUITYIf you wish to reward a server for exemplary service, you may do so at yourdiscretion. A gratuity may be given to a server in cash or added to the final billon the line provided.

SUITE HOLDER RESPONSIBILITIESThe suite holder is requested to identify the responsible administrator for thesuite. The administrator will serve as the primary contact for all food andbeverage issues. All communication regarding food and beverage orders willoccur between the administrator and the Centerplate Food and Beveragerepresentative.

SERVICE OF ALCOHOLTo maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the local laws, we ask that you adhere to the following:

•ItistheresponsibilityoftheSuiteHolderortheirrepresentativeto monitor and control alcoholic consumption in the Suite

•Minors, by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages

•It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appearsto be intoxicated

•No passing alcoholic beverages from one suite to another or togeneral seating
