Dear Delegate,

If your company is like mine, you are working more and more in international markets, forming partnerships with organizations around the world, and building relationships with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. The globalization of the energy business is driven by crude oil, natural gas and refi ned products becoming commodities that move ever more easily from producing regions to consuming regions.

If you are to be successful in the energy industry of the future, you must be able to be successful working with different cultures, countries, languages and backgrounds. This year’s Women’s Global Leadership Conference is designed to help you grow within your company and within our changing industry.

The Women’s Global Leadership Conference is the largest women’s event in our industry, and the only one that covers key areas of professional development, leadership issues, and issues impacting energy and technology. This year, we focus again on professional development. And we’ve added important content on the changing global market.

And, of course, this year’s Women’s Global Leadership Conference offers excellent networking opportunities throughout the event, especially with our wine tasting.

We would like to thank our very generous corporate sponsors for their continued support of this conference and their commitment to cultivating women in leadership. You can learn more about these organizations in your program and by visiting their booths in the exhibitor area. We would also like to acknowledge the supporting organizations that continue to encourage growth and community within the energy and technology industries. A special “thank you” also goes to our dedicated Advisory Board members, who are instrumental in building the conference program and an exciting conference experience for each of you.

On behalf of Gulf Publishing Company and our publications, World Oil and Hydrocarbon Processing, it is my honor to welcome you to the eighth Women’s Global Leadership Conference in Energy and Technology. We appreciate your, and your company’s, support of this very important event.

Cordially,Cordially,

John T. RoyallPresident and CEOGulf Publishing Company
