A) Catalogue Redemption 1. Redemptions can ONLY be made if you are a principal Cardholder for AirAsia-Citibank Co-Brand Card.

2. Once a Cardholder has placed a redemption order that is accepted by Citibank, the Cardholder’s order

CANNOT be revoked, cancelled or be exchanged. Once the Rewards Points have been redeemed, they are

considered extinguished and STRICTLY CANNOT be reinstated.

3. Citibank reserves the right to appoint a 3rd party agent(s) or vendor(s) to handle the fulfi llment of or make

available the Gift(s) and delivery of the Gift(s) to you for the purpose of Gift(s) redemption. For such purposes,

the Cardholder agrees that Citibank can use and / or disclose to a 3rd party(ies), information pertaining to

you, namely, your name or the recipient’s name, delivery or billing address, contact numbers, email address

and information furnished by you to us for Gift redemptions.

4. Delivery to any valid address situated in West Malaysia is free-of-charge, unless Citibank informs the

Cardholder otherwise. However, for delivery to East Malaysia, the delivery or courier charges will be borne

by the Cardholder and will be debited from the Card Account, Savings or Current Account or CRC Account or

Debit / POS Account. In any case, the Cardholder must be aware that the delivery and courier charges may

be revised by the courier service company from time to time.

5. If a Cardholder’s choice of Gift(s) is unavailable, Citibank reserves the right to replace it with a substitute

of similar value. All Gift(s) are available while stocks last and we reserve the right, to discontinue and / or

replace the Gift(s) with different products, colours, models or services. All Gifts are subject to availability

from the suppliers. Should the suppliers be unable to supply any of the Gift(s) to us due to reasons which

include (but are not limited to) a manufacturer recall of that specifi c model or damage / loss / theft of the

model during storage or delivery, we will discontinue and / or replace the Gift(s) as stated above.

B) Instant Rewards 1. Valid for Platinum, Gold, Choice, Clear, CitiBusiness (personal underwriting) and AirAsia-Citibank principal

credit cards only.

2. Conversion rate is RM1 = 200 Citi Rewards points / AirAsia points.

3. Only applicable to merchants and their outlets published on the Instant Rewards portal.
