Hemal Parag & Sanjay Parag

The Parag brothers are golf enthusiast. They have

demonstrated their love for the community through their

support for many of the local organizations such as the

Northside Kiwanis Club, Inner City Youth Golfers’, Ins.,

African American Golfers Hall of Fame and others.

Parag Construction, Inc. and Parag Development &

Management, Inc. were founded in May 2002 after its

founders, Hemal Parag and Sanjay Parag, discovered that

there was a need for change in the Real Estate Development

Industry. With the Development Boom in South Florida, the

Construction industry was booming as well. However, there

were very few developers/contractors offering complete and

total site development, at least none that still offered

competitive prices. Honestly and Integrity are what we based

our business strategy around. It’s a simple concept actually,

“Keep the investors and owners happy by offering knowledge,

consultation, accessibility, and most of all a successful project, and we are all on our way to developing many

long-term business relationships.”

In Addition to Parag Construction and Parag Development & Management, Hemal and Sanjay took these

business principles and understanding of hotel operation on the front-line level and sophistication to work with

lenders and financial institutions to structure a multi-million dollar real estate transaction and developed,

constructed and manage a Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in West Palm Beach, FL. With the ecommerce

business booming Hemal and Sanjay decided to take on a new project, and after months of brainstorming they

came up with Triple S Enterprises, Inc. which has acquired over 1000 members since launching Bidzang.com, a

penny auction website, In April of 2011. As Entertainment shopping is becoming highly popular and is

estimated to take over the online auction industry within the next few years Bidzang.com has proved to be a

successful venture and opened the door for other ecommerce businesses for the two Parag brothers.

Both are married with families.
