Cold-Rolled Jointless (Full-Length) Profiled steel sheets manufactured with galvanized/prepainted steel sheets in thickness of 22, 24 & 26 Swg in an interlocking, standing seam profile. Continuous length sheets are manufactured in any cut-to-size lengths up to 100-ft.
6.0 UCOLD-FORMED STEEL SECTIONS:
Norwest Group (Pvt) Ltd., is equipped with Roll-Forming Mills and manufactures various mild steel and pre-painted steel sheet sections for use in the Pre-engineered/Prefab. Buildings manufactured by the company. These steel section include: - “ Sigma “ Sections for Purlins. - Compound Beams. - C-Sections & U-Sections. - Flashings and Beads.
7.0 UHEAVY WELDED I & H BEAMS: Heavy I-Sections, Tapered I-sections, H-Sections, Box-Sections and castellated beams fabricated according to specific requirement for use in steel structural building and steel bridge projects.

All products fabricated by Norwest Group (Pvt) Ltd must pass QA & QC procedures to achieve the
desired quality of the product. A standard inspection and testing plan is followed for all manufacturing
activities.
UQuality Assurance (QA): Quality is an on-going process at our company. An organization-wide action is taken to increase effectiveness and efficiency of the engineering process. The aim of our company is to meet expectations of the customers every time. The customers are confident that their requirements will be met with predictable quality-consistently.
UQuality Control (QC): Quality inspection starts with checking of raw materials for compliance with specifications. The product is inspected at all stages of fabrication for quality of welding and dimensional tolerances. Surface preparations and coatings are inspected.
UQuality Planning: Our company is committed to process adherence through process improvement plans.
UValidation & Verification: Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined, reviews and audits are conducted regularly to identify non-conformance and verify compliance.
UControl of Non-Conformance: This involves identifying and recording non-conformance, performing detailed analysis and subsequent resolution of any non-conformances.
UCorrective & Preventive Action: When internal quality audits result in identifying non-conformances, a comprehensive corrective action is taken forthwith. In case of customer’s complaint, detailed analysis is carried out and corrective action is implemented.
