    U.S. Treasurys Budget Formulation and ExecutionManager (BFEM) Treasury recognized that all agencies faced the same

    challenges when it came to annual budget development

    Made BFEM available as a shared application, allowing otheragencies to leverage its infrastructure

    BFEM now used by six Cabinet agencies and 13 total agencies

    Utah Connect

    Provides aggregation point for all levels of governmentsocial media feeds

    In June 2011, Utah social media campaign using Twitterreached more than 2.2 million people in first three days

    Pennsylvania linked 2 million job seekers to 95,000employers with a state-of-the-art one-stopassistance tool

    U.S. Department of Education provided a single, secureand convenient entry point for public inquiries

    U.S. Department of Health and Human Servicesdeveloped a tool to help 90 million beneficiaries

    U.S. Department of Labor partnered with 17 agencies todeliver a cloud-based capability that brought together1,000 sources of state and federal benefits information

    that remotely links interpreters with the Court

    Provided on call, round-the-clock access to interpreters
