2012 Homeless State Coordinators Meeting
Interviews – Each person asks a question of the person opposite him/her and person opposite asks a question; MOVERS move one seat to the left; 3 minutes per question; 6 minutes per round
Table discussions –Participants with the same question (noted by color of the question sheet) will meet and debrief; develop a summary
Whole group discussion – A recorder/reporter at each table will summarize the comments on the question addressed; five report outs
Go to one of the sets of chairs facing one another and find a seat
Each seat has a question sheet on it – this will be your question to ask of each of your colleagues
You may be in a STAY row or a MOVE row – if you’re in a MOVE row, you will move to your left upon signal and ask your question again and respond to the question your partner asks
There are five questions – you’ll have five interviews/responses for your question (take notes on the sheet provided); you will respond to the other four questions
Look around to see if other groupings are not even; NCHE staff will help direct you
If there are only nine people in a set, the person without a partner will join in the conversation of the pair next to him/her for the first round, then ask his/her question in subsequent rounds.
If there is an extra person, that person will pull up a chair next to the I STAY row and participate in the discussion of the pair next to him/her
The extra person may choose which table discussion/question to debrief after the break
