Lockout tagout kits feature heavy-duty recycled content components. Pouches for kits uses heavy strength, recycled PET fabric and double sewn seams for extra durability. Tool box is 75% recycled polypropylene with open compartmentation to accommodate extra tools.

RecycLockout™ Lockout Tagout Stations

Stations use recycled content materials for the boards and the components. Station boards have flexibility to accommodate 1.5” or 3” shackle length padlocks and use unique hooks that allow two padlocks or hasps to be used per hook. Padlocks can also be locked to hooks for extra security. Boards are made from heavy-duty recycled PETG.

Eco-friendly lockout devices are made from high recycled content materials. Universal Circuit Breaker Lockouts fit single, double and triple pole switches .3”-.6” high, .35”-.44” depth, with or without a hole. Large Plug Lockouts feature a universal fit closure accepting up to 1-1/4” dia. cord and 3”Wx5-1/2”L plugs and accommodates 3 padlocks. Small Plug Lockouts fits up to a 1/2” dia. cord and 2”Wx3”L plugs and accommodates 3 padlocks. Cylinder lockout fits over neck rings up to 3-1/2” dia. and valve stems to 1-1/4”.

Zing Green@Work™ signs are available in a variety of sizes and formats to meet applications throughout the facility. The signs are organized around different green opportunity areas of the building. The 5”H x 3”W mini-signs are ideal for locating above light switches and water taps. Standard 7H” x 10”W signs are ideal for normal viewing applications. The larger 14”H x 10”W are better suited for large open areas where longer viewing distances apply.

Tri-View™ signs offer true 180-degree visibility and are available for legends that designate or mark areas. TriView™ signs are 7.5”H x 20”W and project 5”. TriView™ Slim signs are 12”H x 9”W and project 3”.
