– Customer Service Issues

– Call in 10 days in Advance to the Requested Tee Time

• Annual Fee Members

– Prime Time (Weekend and Holiday Tee Times 0630 to 1030) – Call in 7 Days @ 3PM

– All other Tee Times - Call in 7 days in Advance to the Requested Tee Time

• Active DoD, Retired DoD, Retired Military, Contractors & Veterans

– Call in 2 days in Advance to the Requested Tee Time

Force Protection Requirements

• Policy

– Veteran and Retired Civilian Golf Patrons

– Validate FMWR ID Card with approved ’12 sticker

• Guests

– Guests over 17 will need a photo ID

– No parking in Visitor Control lot

– Guests may follow behind Sponsor’s vehicle

– Guest vehicles will receive windshield pass

– Record every name on tee sheet (full accountability – on base)

*Picatinny Cup* – Similar to PGA Tour’s FedEx Cup season long “Player of the Year” race

– Players will play a minimum of 20 rounds per year

– Points based system - you earn points based on net score

– Top 20 scores count

– You can play more than 20 rounds and “throw out” your worst scores

– Cost of $3 per round - All money goes into pot

– Based on 50 Players - Winner will win at least $500 credit

– Half of all participants will win credit

– Open to all Active Duty, AF and DF Patrons

– Points system will be posted in Pro Shop

– All rounds must be attested by a marker

– April to October (entire HDCP season)

Individual Lesson Rates

• $40 Per Half Hour / $70 Per Hour / $90 For Hour Video Lesson

• Series of (6) Half Hour Lessons- $200

• Series of (6) 1-Hour Lessons- $350

• Season Long Lesson/Coaching Packages - Includes video lessons, on-course coaching, developing practice plans and identifying short / long term goals. See Professional for more details. Prices vary based on each student’s individual program.

• Lessons are open to all on base personnel, golf patrons and the general public

2012 Teaching Programs

Beginner Golf Clinics

• 2012 Clinics will be single session classes

• Each Clinic will last for 1 ½ hours • Classes will not be gender-biased as in the past. • There will be at least 1 Short Game and 1 Full Swing Clinic per month. • Our clinics are open to everyone, including the general public. • Cost per clinic is $20 per person, regardless of classification • Clinics will run from the end of April until the middle of October.

• Maximum Student to Teacher Ratio of: 7 to 1

2012 Teaching Programs (contd.)

Ladies Members Only Golf Clinics ($15.00 per 1 hour class)

• Clinics are for ladies members only and their guests

• Will take place on Tuesdays following Ladies 9-Holers group - (Start time of approximately 1:00 PM)

• Topics will vary from week to week.

• Most months there will be 2 classes offered

On-Course Golf Clinics ($ 20.00 per 1 hour class)

• Will occur at least 1 time per month

• Topics will include; Introduction to playing on a course, operating a golf car, tee selection, rules of golf and how to proceed under the most common “course situations”

• After clinic is over- participants are invited to play some holes on their own

2012 Teaching Programs(contd.)

½ Day Golf Schools

• Golf school runs from 9:00 -12:00. Instruction on short game and full swing. Time is split between the two areas.

• Lunch at the Sam Adams Pub is included in price

• After lunch tee times are reserved for participants to play 18-holes w/cart

• Dates are flexible- You pick the date you would like to have the school

• Minimum of 4 Students

• Cost is $95 for AF Patrons- $125 for Non-Members

Custom Clinics (Still not finding a program that meets your needs?)

• Let us custom tailor a class/clinic around what your group would like to learn or do

• You Pick the Date(s) around your schedule

• Price varies based on “custom” components of class (Similar to clinic pricing if not the same)

• This is a great program for “office socials” or “team building”

• Minimum of 4 Students

2012 Junior Golf Camps

Half Day Junior Golf Camp – ½ Day Camp #1 June 25th-29th

– ½ Day Camp #2- July 23rd-27th

– 9:00A.M.- 11:30 A.M. Daily

– $175/Camper ($85/Active Duty Child)

Full Day Junior Golf Camp – Camp Dates- August 13th-17th

– 9:00-AM-3:00 P.M. Daily

– Lunch is Provided Daily

– $375/Camper ($190/Active Duty Child)

– Field Trip To USGA Headquarters!!

*Each Camp includes instruction, on-course playing time, contests, and FUN!!

2012 Junior Golf Clinics

Parent/Child Family Clinics • Successful Program Returns after Positive Reviews

• For children 5-12 years old

• Clinic runs on Saturday or Sundays, usually 2 per month (see brochure for dates)

• Instruction portion is from 3:00-4:15- topics will vary from week to week

• On-course play time follows instruction

• Must have at least 1 parent/guardian for every 2 children- prefer 1/1

• Cost is $35 for 1 parent and 1 Child- $15 for each additional child

• Minimum of 2 Juniors and 2 Parents to Conduct Clinic

Little Tykes Golf Class • For children 5 years of age and younger

• Class will be Saturday or Sunday mornings (see brochure for dates)

• 1 hour long class

• Parents are encouraged to stay and participate/take pictures

• Activities will include basic instruction, miniature golf, contests, and prizes

• Cost is $15 per child (No charge for adults- supervision is appreciated)

• Minimum of 4 Children to Conduct Class

Ladies Groups 2012

• Ladies 9 and 18 Holer Groups – Play On Tuesday mornings

– Approximate start time of 8:30

– They have a “new” tournament format each week

– Great group to join

– Very social aspect to the group - not too competitive but very fun

– Increase sunlight and airflow per USGA ( 35+ trees removed) – Early spring date aerification (NEW – Completed March 12th)

• Hand mowing weekdays and during stressful periods (NEW) • Vertical cut and top-dress as needed • Rolling of greens on a regular schedule • Greenside bunkers on weekends & holidays (NEW) • Growing fescue on 2 & 10 (NEW) • Bridge decking repairs
