TITANIUM

Titanium is phenomenally well suited to bicycle frame construction.

Its strength to weight ratio is excellent, its fatigue strength and fracture toughness unparalleled,

and it will no corrode under atmospheric conditions.

Titanium is tough, but is has softer side. It has a flexibility that absorbs road vibrations, allowing

you to ride in comfort even when pushing hard over rough ground. It will not rust, no matter

how bad the weather gets. That’s its softer side on display again and again, giving a little when

it needs to.

Acorti offers a lifetime guarantee on every frame.

ACORti has successfully applied its aerospace manufacturing experience in titanium, alloy

technology to the production of bicycle components. Our use of custom drawn and cold

worked high-quality seamless Ti3AL/2.5V titanium alloy tubes and the use of superb welding

workmanship results in high-quality high-performance products. We are also very experienced

in making bicycle frames to custom specifications. These frames are based on the customers’

needs or rider’s biometrics and the characteristics that they require in a bicycle. Not only do

these frames excel in quality and performance, but they demonstrate our engineering and

manufacturing abilities and flexibility to meet each customer’s individual needs.
