Dormitory School provides single occupancy dormitory rooms for the students equipped with cafeteria providing

international meals. Dormitory fee with meals is 12.36 MKRW (≒$10,750) per year.

Rental Housings Off-campus rental housings are available around the campus at commutable distances. There are two

different rental options of “lease on a deposit basis (LOD)” and “lease on a monthly rental basis

(LOM)” are available. In any case, the lease contract shall be made between the lessor and lessee

through a registered real estate agent.

10

The LOD requires a lump sum of deposit ranging from 50~75% of the price of the housing (the

price of an apartment of 100 m2 ranges about $ 150,000~$350,000). The deposit, normally, will

be fully refunded at the termination of the lease contract if no damage to the housing is claimed.

The following table depicts the range of deposit and rental for off-campus housing within 45

minutes to an hour distance by public transportation (20~25 minutes by car).
