September 26th, will also be held in the exhibit hall.

Space Assignment/FeesAll applications for space must be filed on the form provided by theAMSN Convention. Please keep one for your files. The AMSNConvention may, at its discretion, accept or reject any application forspace.
Terms Of Payment And CancellationsA deposit in the amount of 50% for each exhibit space is required at thetime of application for space. AMSN accepts Amex, Visa and MC. Thebalance of payment shall be due upon receipt of confirmation. Allapplications are accepted unless otherwise notified by the ExhibitManager.Should any contingency prevent holding of the convention orexhibition, the sponsoring group shall not be held liable for anyexpenses incurred by the exhibitor.A charge of 50% of the space rental will be made on all cancellationsmade at any time up to July 2, 2013. Cancellations made after this datewill be charged the full space rental. All cancellations must be made inwriting.
Exhibitor ServicesThe following complimentary services will be provided to exhibitors:• Eight-foot high back wall and 42” high rails of quality flame-retardant
fabric.• Daily cleaning of aisles in exhibit area.An Exhibitor Service Kit containing literature and rates for all labor,services, electrical connections, furniture, and miscellaneousequipment will be provided to exhibitors via email by the officialdecorating contractor Brede Exposition Services, soon after spaceassignment has been confirmed to the contact name listed on the boothapplication.
Special RegulationsSubletting of Space- The subletting or assigning of space is prohibited.Two or more companies may not exhibit in a single space unless specialarrangements have been made with the Exhibit Manager.Fire Safety- All structural work, such as extra shelving, standards,display racks, signs, spotlights, etc., must be approved, and alldecorations, drapery, and other fabrics must be flame-proofed beforebeing used in decoration of any exhibit.Conduct- Unethical conduct or infraction of rules on the part of theexhibitor or his or her representatives or both will subject the exhibitoror his or her representatives or both to dismissal from the exhibit hall.In this event, it is agreed no refund shall be made by the AMSNConvention and no demand for redress will be made by the exhibitor orhis or her representatives. Disregard for any rule stated here isconsidered just reason for the AMSN Convention to prohibit anexhibitor from attending all future AMSN Convention activities.
Security And LiabilitySecurity will be provided during nonexhibit hours. However, eachexhibitor must make provision to safeguard his/her goods from thetime they are placed in the exhibit area until they are removed byhim/her.The AMSN Convention, Exhibit Manager, Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc., theGaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center will not be responsiblefor loss or damage due to any cause.Space is leased with the understanding that the AMSN Convention,Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc., the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention
Center will act for the exhibitor and his or her representative only in thecapacity of agency, and not as principal; and that the AMSN Convention,Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc., the Gaylord Opryland Resort & ConventionCenter assume no liability whatsoever from damages, for any act ofomission or commission in connection with said agency, and that theexhibitor and his or her representatives hereby release the AMSNConvention, Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc., the Gaylord Opryland Resort &Convention Center for any or all liability for loss ensuing from any causewhatsoever.The rules and regulations are to be construed as part of all spacecontracts. The AMSN Convention reserves the right to interpret them aswell as make final decisions on all points the rules and regulations donot specifically cover.
Hotel AccommodationsInformation regarding hotel accommodations will be provided at thetime space assignment is confirmed by the AMSN Convention.Exhibitors are reminded that hotel rooms are reserved on a first-come,first-served basis and should plan to make arrangements as early aspossible. No hotel accommodations will be made for non-exhibitingfirms.Hospitality Suites for exhibitors will be available in a limited number.Requests should be made to John R. Schmus, 856-256-2300. Suitesmust not be open during exhibit hours or during sessions.
Shipping InstructionsThe AMSN Convention has made arrangements on behalf of theexhibitors with the decorating/drayage firm to receive, store, and deliverexhibits directly to the Exhibit Hall on set-up day. All shipments must beconsigned as follows:

Exhibitors are encouraged to ship all displays to insure arrival at least 2weeks prior to installation date. All display material will be stored in thecontractor’s warehouse for a period of 30 days as part of the officialdrayage service.
RegistrationAll confirmed exhibitors will have the opportunity to preregister theirpersonnel. It is to the exhibitor’s advantage to register early to avoiddelays on-site.The official registration area will be open daily.
