    Program Applicants are ineligible if they have/are: Domesticviolence charges (including but not limited to Assault 4DV, Violation of a Protection Order, Extortion DV, &Harassment DV); No violent crimes (misdemeanors orfelony); 1 non-DV Assault 4 charge is appealable;

    Felonies within the past 4 years (felonies convicted byjuvenile that were changed over 2 years ago can appeal);Felony convictions at any point in the applicants life for:Rape, Sexual assault, Murder, Arson, Robbery, ChildMolestation, Manufacturing of illegal drug, Outstandingun-adjudicated felony charges, Manslaughter (currently

    accepted if more than 10 years old), Assault 1, 2, & 3,Kidnapping (appealable if can prove involving custodydispute), Registered sex offenders, An active warrant fortheir arrest
