    Career Pathing

    This course provides the participants with fundamental steps andprocesses in Career Pathing and its application in crafting theindividual career plan. It will help the managers develop theirskills as career coach to their employees; help them explore thevarious career development interventions such as cross-posting,job rotation, job enrichment or enlargement, and reassignment.

    Training Fee: Php5,000.00

    Succession Management

    A course on learning to chart the development and replacementof key people/leaders in the organization over a period of time.An application of a proactive approach to cultivate talent from

    within the organization to ensure the continuity of leadershipfunctionalities through a deliberate, focused mechanism, and arevisit of the organizations vision, mission and goals as abackdrop of a succession program.

    Organization Development

    The program will cover Organization Development andOrganizational Transformation in general but will focus on (a)elements of OD as a total planned change effort which startsfrom the top, (b) organizational diagnosis, and (c) managingchange in the organization.

    Organizational Diagnosis

    This program equips the participants with knowledge and skillsin performing organizational needs assessment; use of differenttools and identify organizational effectiveness, issues andprovide options for taking corrective actions.

    Workplace Restructuring

    This course provides executives strategies in institutingrestructuring in the agency, ensuring that systems are in placeto implement the endeavor, and safety nets are ready tomanage the after effects of the program.

    Managing Workforce Diversity

    Being an employer of choice is anchored on the principles of theorganizations human resources to adopt and demonstratefairness, accessibility of opportunities for advancement toeveryone, honest relationships, constructive feedback andsustaining a work environment of respect and dignity.

    The course enables the participants to address diversity issues inthe workplace such as race, gender, political affiliation, religious

    memberships, physical abilities, financial dislocation throughpolicies and practices. It also challenges one to makeorganizational changes to maximize performance potential of alltalents, regardless of diversity issue/s and to position theorganization to meet the demands of high performance andproductivity.

    Leading Employees Well(2 days)

    A course on learning how to empower others through the varioustools and techniques in leading employees well; how to get theirsupport in advancing the objectives of the organization; leademployees through the use of Coaching Technology and craft aCoaching Plan based on individual development needs.

    Target Audience: Incumbent and Emerging Leaders inGovernment

    Training Fee: Php8,000.00

    Delivering Customer Satisfaction

    (2 days)

    The program will help participants gain knowledge in creatingservice excellence environment and developing a ClientSatisfaction Improvement Plan so that their respectiveorganizations will benefit from the improved public servicedelivery.
