On behalf of the committee, thank you for attending our 7th Annual Food and Wine Fest for the benefit of Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a not for profit, award winning facility serving central Massachusetts.

In addition to enjoying great food from some of Worcester’s best restaurants and bakeries, we will tantalize your taste buds with a selectionof wines and micro brews. This year we’ll also have a cooking demonstration at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Tonna Room. Melina and PaulBarber will prepare Yiayia’s famous spinach pita, bake it, slice it and offer itto the audience for tasting. It should be a delicious, fun time.

A company representative of Cono Sur Winery from Chile will make a presentation of his vineyards finest wines. He’ll introduce his wines andoffer them for tasting. This will take place in the Tonna Room from 7:30 pmto 8:30 pm. If it’s anything like last year, we’ll be staying late and loving it.All wines are available at a special price from O’Hara’s Wines.

A special highlight of the evening will be an award to Walter E. Haddad forhis many years of devotion to Holy Trinity, as well as to the Council of Eastern Orthodox Churches, a well deserved honor!

Of course, the food provided by our restaurants and bakeries are sure toplease. They have prepared some of their signature dishes and pastries.Wine Distributors will provide some of the best wines of the world. Local micro brews are represented as well. The flowers this evening havebeen provided by Holmes-Shusas Florists, lovely, simple, and beautiful. The creative and whimsical decorations have been provided by Balloon Platoon. Live music is being presented by Ed Hyder’s Park Avenue Band.To all the restaurants, bakeries, wine and beer distributors, advertisingsponsors and raffle donors we say a special Thank You.
