This year’s 2013 Annual Meeting and Technology Exhibition is very special – ITS-NY is celebrating its 20th Year Anniversary! The Conference will focus on the Theme of The Past, Present and Future of ITS. Many highly informative speakers and panel sessions will be addressing MAP-21 Performance Measures and Planning for Operations; Major Civil Projects with ITS Components; Disaster Planning and Recovery after Hurricane Sandy; more ITS Applications including Connected Vehicles; and the Future of ITS including Autonomous Vehicles; and more. Hotel: All sessions and exhibits will be held at the Gideon Putnam Hotel, Saratoga Springs, NY. A block

of rooms has been reserved at the special reduced room rate $163.00 per night +13.25% NYS sales and

occupancy taxes for conference attendees. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel

reservations. Please note that the Gideon Putnam Hotel does not offer further rate reductions for
