Registration Fee includes entrance to all sessions and exhibits, special meeting hand-outs; full breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks on 6/13 and 6/14; and the Special Reception and Special 20th Anniversary Celebratory Dinner on 6/13. Note: At-door registration fees increase by $75 per registrant/space subject to availability.

Sponsorships: $1,500 includes one free conference registration, special

recognition throughout the conference including during the 20th Anniversary

Special Celebratory Dinner, insertion of your organization's literature into

each Annual Meeting Registrant's package, spotlighted inclusion of your

organization's name in the Annual Meeting Program Handouts, and prominent

display of your organization's name as a SPONSOR throughout the meeting

facility.

Hotel: All sessions and exhibits will be held at the Gideon Putnam Hotel, Saratoga Springs, NY. A block

of rooms has been reserved at the special reduced room rate $163.00 per night +13.25% NYS sales and

occupancy taxes for conference attendees. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel

reservations. Please note that the Gideon Putnam Hotel does not offer further rate reductions for

Government during their prime booking summer months. Please call the hotel directly at (518) 584-
