6. Airport Transfers – Emergency Contact The organising committee will arrange transportation for teams and officials from the Jakarta International Airport (Soekarno-Hatta) to Sunlake Hotel which is 23 km away. Please look out for this signage after you exit immigration and customs clearance:

7. Liability The Indonesian Waterski & Wakeboard Association, the IWWF Asian Confederation and the organizing committee of the 2013 IWWF Asian Championships, do not accept any liability for damage to persons, materials or property against competitors, technical officers, judges, official helpers and other persons. All competitors take part at their own risk in every respect even if they are engaged out of the competition, e.g. in any additional program. With their entry in the competition they give up any claim for instances of loss of any kind arising indirectly or directly during this event. Participants should take out private accident insurance besides their health insurance. Damage to third parties (e.g. spectators) is insured only within the limits of the organizer’s liability. 10. Unofficial Practice The Indonesia Waterski & Wakeboard Association will manage Unofficial Practice as follows for nominated skier/riders only and booked by respective team managers on a first come first served basis:
- Monday, 23 September 2013 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am & 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm - tournament skiers only
- Tuesday, 24 September 2013 from 7:00 am to 8:00 am; afternoon practice times to be advised subject to venue preparations – tournament skiers only
- Wednesday, 25 September 2013 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm – dedicated open tournament skiers only (not for junior Under 17 skiers)
- Thursday, 26th September 2013 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm - wakeboard only - Friday, 27th September 2013 from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm - wakeboard only
Cost of Unofficial Practice will be as follows: USD35.00 for a 10 Minute Set Per Person (please note that hourly reservations will not be available).

13. National Flags and Anthems All Federations are reminded to bring their National Flags and Anthems (CD). 14. Opening & Closing Ceremonies All Federation athletes are requested to be attired in their National Uniforms for both the Opening & Closing Ceremonies, and Federations are to nominate one representative as a flag bearer during the Opening Ceremony.
