Written record of a hearing in April 2013 in which triple honour killer Daljit Singh Dulay was denied any form of release from prison. Dulay is serving life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years for killing his sister, her husband and the couple's friend in 1991 in Calgary, Alberta. Dulay committed the murders believing it would restore his Sikh family's tarnished honour.
