ArtworkSimply upload your graphic online and our art team will personally handle your project to ensure it is executed to your specifications.

To make the decoration process as fast and efficient as possible, we prefer artwork to be submitted in a usable vector format:• Adobe Illustrator® (15.0 – CS5) .EPS or .AI files

However, our highly experienced art team uses the latest software and technology to work with just about any file type. The following file types may be uploaded and will incur a $45.00 per hour charge to be redrawn in a usable vector format:• Adobe Photoshop® (300 dpi or higher) .PSD files • High resolution (300 dpi or higher) .JPG, .TIFF or .PNG files

Art ChargesSubmitted vector files will be prepared as production-ready art for no additional fee. This includes:• Storing your graphics securely online• Making this graphic available for future use on any other

products and orders

If the artwork you submit is not in vector format there will be a $45.00 per hour charge to redraw your artwork as a usable vector file.

Additionally, multiple designs, if they are used in one collage, will be treated as individual graphics and each graphic requires a $25.00 art charge.

Custom graphic designs can be created by our art team for new logo designs or special events. Please call our customer service team at 1-800-369-4669. Art charges of $45.00 per hour will apply.

Sales TaxAll domestic applicable state and local sales tax will be added to your invoice. If you are currently on file as a tax-exempt customer you do not need to provide proof of your tax-exempt status prior to placing your order. If you have questions about your tax-exempt status or if you are a tax-exempt organization and do not have a tax-exempt customer number, please contact customer service at 1-800-369-4669 for more information before ordering.

Condition of SaleAll orders are subject to written acceptance. Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Orders canceled before actual production has begun require written notice. Orders that can be canceled are subject to charges for all costs of processing and make-ready preparation that may have occurred prior to receipt of cancellation notification.

Overruns/UnderrunsWe strive to ship the exact quantity ordered for every product. Due to occasional variations in the identification process, you may experience an overrun or underrun of an order quantity. When ordering, please specify if an exact quantity must be shipped. We reserve the right to ship and invoice up to plus/minus five percent of the original order quantity. For items sourced from suppliers, we will advise you of the supplier’s standards.

Merchandise Returns Policy/ClaimsWith prior authorization by customer service, returns due to material or manufacturing defect will be accepted and freight will be prepaid. Please contact your sales representative within 30 days for details and instructions. We will issue a returned goods authorization number. We regret we cannot accept returns sent C.O.D. Defects discovered after a customer has had a third party apply additional decoration will not be accepted.

All claims for shortages, loss or non-delivery must be made within 10 days from the date of the invoice. Claims for damages in transit must be made with the carrier upon receipt. Save all shipping cartons for their inspection. Claims for defects in materials or manufacturing must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

TermsDomestic orders: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards and related company procurement cards welcome. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice.

International orders: Prices do not include any applicable duties, import taxes, licensing or brokerage fees or freight. All invoices payable in U.S. dollars. VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards and related company procurement cards accepted. An export processing fee of $15 will be added to each order.

Delivery/ShippingNormal delivery on all stock apparel items is two to four weeks after art has been approved. For individual items, please check product details. Quick ship items available, please visit our website or contact us if you have expedited shipment requirements. All shipments are via UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Other shipping options are available on request. We will charge actual published freight rates.
