A simple “compression-tension” arch of two aluminum extrusions, which are “end-retained”, which “trap” polycarbonate sheets firmly together. (The aluminum and polycarbonate come pre-connected as one rolled up unit)
To assemble now takes 2 people less than one hour!, and the Flexiroof™ shelter pictured is held together by 8 bolts only, and connected into the deck beams by four 10mm stainless coach screws.
