26. The 0lection "oard *ill ma&e se$arate $ac&ing of the said ballot $a$ers and &ee$ record in *riting of such numbers.

29. The 0lection "oard, from among the alid ballot $a$ers, shall countthe otes cast in fa our of each of the candidates and ma&e record of those.ro ided that to $erform the counting, a$art from the 0lection "oard or the

0lection Officers no one else can ta&e $art.
