GET MORE BENEFITS WHEN YOU GIVEThe TCU Frog Club Donor Rewards program was created to attract new members and to reward all members for their level of giving beyond the personal satisfaction gained from supporting a TCU athlete.

Anyone who makes an annual contribution to TCU Frog Club, athletic endowments or athletic-related capital projects qualifies for a number of exciting new benefits, and increase his or her access to and participation with TCU Athletics.*

Frog fans and supporters asked for more touch points with TCU Athletics. This program is our answer to allow a heightened overall experience with more unique ways to connect with TCU Athletics. And it provides us more ways to say “thank you!”

STUDENT-ATHLETE SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORT – Your Frog Club contribution helps provide student-athletes with the opportunity to attend TCU. (Value of Benefit: $0)

TAX DEDUCTION – Contributions net of direct benefits are estimated to be 80% tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for more information on giving to TCU Athletics. (Value of Benefit: $0)

WINDOW DECAL – The Frog Club decal is the perfect way to show your school spirit for your car window, home, or place of business. (Value of Benefit: $0)

FROG CLUB SPORTS REPORT – The Frog Club Sports Report is a members-only e-mail newsletter sent out twice a week and contains up-to-the-minute information on everything related to TCU Athletics and the TCU Frog Club. (Value of Benefit: $0)

INVITATION TO MEMBERS ONLY EVENTS – Events such as the Gary Patterson Luncheon Series and the TCU Football Signing Day Reception are offered only to Frog Club members. (Value of Benefit: $0)

FROG CARD WITH MERCHANT DISCOUNTS – The Frog Card is a discount program available to all Frog Club Members. Show your card at participating businesses who support TCU to receive a special discount or service. Log on to www.tcufrogclub.com for the complete list of discount offers.

FROG CLUB PRE-GAME TAILGATE PASSES – Once a year, before a select home football game, the Frog Club hosts a tailgate party on the stadium block. Countdown to the kick-off in a lively atmosphere that is great for adults and families. Admission is free to all who qualify based on their giving. (Value of Benefit: $40 per pass)

DONOR RECOGNITION – Your valuable contribution to TCU Athletics will be recognized in official TCU Football game programs, the TCU Frog Club website, and Frog Club social media platforms. (Value of Benefit: $0)

TCU LICENSE PLATE HOLDER – Display your TCU Pride with this TCU Frog Club branded license plate holder. This is one of our most requested items! (Value of Benefit: $10)

PRE-GAME FROG CLUB BASEBALL EVENT – This pre-game tailgate event is a once-a-year event hosted by the Frog Club before a marquee Saturday afternoon TCU Baseball game. Come party with the Frog Club and then cheer our team on to victory. Admission is free to all who qualify based on their giving. (Value of Benefit: $20 per pass)

COMMEMORATIVE 2014 TCU FOOTBALL PIN - A limited edition football pin reflects the theme of the season as designated by the football team. Collect the first in the series of these one-of-a kind pins. (Value of Benefit: $20)

PRE-GAME FROG CLUB BASKETBALL HOSPITALITY - While the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum is under renovation, the TCU Basketball teams will be displaced for the 2014-2015 season. Hospitality events will be scheduled around several home games throughout the season. (Value of Benefit: $40 per pass)

INVITATIONS TO SIGNING DAY RECEPTION – One of the most exciting days of the year for TCU Football is the day that the new signing class is announced. This evening with TCU Football coaches is a preview of the future and a can’t-miss event for any football fan. (Value of Benefit: $50 per person)

FROG CLUB ROAD TRIP PACKAGE – Join us for an exciting away game football trip. Don’t miss this opportunity to experience TCU Frog Club hospitality while cheering on the Frogs! This package includes travel, lodging, meals and snacks throughout the trip. Limit of 2 guests per account. This package does not include game tickets. (Value of Benefit: $350 per person)

INVITATION TO ATHLETICS DIRECTOR’S SUITE – Donors who qualify at this level will receive an invitation for two (2) to sit in the Athletics Director’s Suite in the Founders Club of Amon G. Carter Stadium for a home game during the upcoming football season. (Value of Benefit: $100 per guest)

CUSTOMIZED TCU LAPEL PINS – An exclusive, limited edition lapel pin designed by Tiffany & Co. especially for the Dutch Meyer Circle and Legacy Level donors. (Value of Benefit: $160)

PRIVATE DINNER WITH HEAD COACHES AND ATHLETICS DIRECTOR – This private dinner and evening with the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and other TCU head coaches is a rare opportunity to become better acquainted with the key dignitaries in the athletics department. Limit of 2 guests per account. (Value of Benefit: $70 per person)

* The Frog Club Donor Rewards levels do not include gifts made to any sport-specific

club including Diamond Club (baseball), Fast Break Clubs (men’s and women’s

basketball), First Team (football), Purple Hooves, Corner Kick Club (soccer) or Frog

Club Golf Tournaments (Coody Tournament and Frog Club Classic).

TCU’s fiscal year runs from June 1 to May 31. When you make an athletics related gift between June 1 and May 31, you qualify for benefits in the following fiscal year. $100 Frog Club memberships are fulfilled immediately and remain active for one calendar year from the time the gift is made. If you wish to decline benefits please notify the TCU Frog Club at the time you make your gift.

HOW THE FROG CLUB DONOR REWARDS PROGRAM WORKS All athletics contributions made during one fiscal year count towards benefits in the following fiscal year (TCU’s fiscal year runs from June 1 to May 31). In other words, on June 1 of every year, your donor rewards level will be determined for the upcoming fall and spring athletics seasons.

* People who receive memo-credit for gifts from a tax-exempt private foundation, corporate foundation, charitable trust, or donor-advised fund may not receive anything other than incidental benefits for those gifts. “Incidental” benefits are benefits having no market value, such as recognition or an award of some kind. Tangible benefits like priority points, special access, preferred seating, donor rewards, etc., are prohibited.

WHEN WILL I BE NOTIFIED OF MY NEW FROG CLUB DONOR REWARDS LEVEL? Since Frog Club Donor Rewards levels are determined on June 1 of each year, you will be mailed a notification letter stating your rewards level shortly thereafter.

DO THE FROG CLUB DONOR REWARDS LEVELS REPRESENT MY TOTAL ATHLETICS GIVING? No. The donor rewards levels are calculated annually based on your giving during the fiscal year only.

HOW DO I KEEP TRACK OF THESE BENEFITS FOR TAX PURPOSES? The Frog Club will mail you a summary of benefits for which you have qualified during the calendar year in January. Please present the notification to your tax advisor upon receipt.

DO I HAVE TO ACCEPT THE BENEFITS I HAVE QUALIFIED FOR? No. After your donor rewards level is established, you will have the opportunity to decline any benefit by responding directly to your donor rewards status notification. In January, you will still receive a notice of the benefits for which you have qualified.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE BENEFITS I HAVE QUALIFIED FOR? Depending upon the season in which the benefits are fulfilled, you will receive them shortly after your donor rewards level has been established.

HOW DOES THE DONOR REWARDS PROGRAM WORK? Example: TCU donor makes a football parking gift of $2,000, a Football Scholarship Seating contribution of $500 and gives an additional $2,500 to an endowed scholarship for a total of $5,000 in Fiscal Year 2014. In Fiscal Year 2015, TCU donor qualifies for all benefits and has the opportunity to take advantage of all the benefits in the Bob Lilly Circle at the $5,000 level.

It is difficult to overstate the significance your financial support has on the overall success of TCU Athletics and TCU student-athletes.

Whether you are providing student-athlete scholarship support through your annual contribution to the Frog Club, contributing towards an endowed scholarship that is annually awarded to a deserving student-athlete recipient, or making a gift to a capital project, such as the Amon G. Carter Stadium Renovation, every

dollar you provide ensures that our student-athletes have the scholarship assistance needed to attend TCU and have the opportunity to compete in world-class facilities at the highest level.
