Abstract Submissions

• Submissions Accepted until Jul 27, 2013.• Notification of Acceptance: 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of complete submission• Poster Abstract Preparation Template: See posted template.• Upload your submission documents at:

– http://rsamd2014.exordo.com/login

• Submissions will not be considered complete unless both documents are uploaded.

Note on confidentiality: Your submission is confidential until the date of the conference. Upon acceptance, your abstract will be published into the Conference Proceedings released at the time of the conference, whether the paper or poster is presented or not. Should you withdraw your submission following acceptance, but prior to the conference, we will make every effort to remove accepted abstracts from the Proceedings, but cannot guarantee it.

Submission Instructions• Create a New Account by entering your email address, an email will be sent from

[email protected] providing a password and a link to the submission website

Submission Instructions• Inside the submission website click on Submit a Paper

• To begin inputting abstract into the online system click on Skip/Start Workflow this will move you to (step 1) where you will enter a Title

Submission Instructions• After Entering a Title, Click Done to move to the next step to enter author affiliation

• In the Author subsection (Step 2) you have the option to designate whether the submission is a student submission or not. Students submitters will be entered into a best student competition.

1. The Email Address, Name, and Surname fields will be pre-entered based on the information used to create the account.

2. The submitter may modify the Email Address Field, and must fill in the Affiliation field

3. The Presenting Author and Corresponding Author are automatically chosen for the first author, and subsequent authors maybe added if necessary

• Following the completion of Step 2, the author must chose a topic area in (Step 3) from the following:

• Degradation Mechanisms in Use Environments

• Photovoltaics and Renewables

• Pb-Free Solider Reliablity

• Wide-Bandgap (WBG) Semiconductors

• Emerging Microelectronics

Submission Instructions

• In (step 4) the author must choose the presentation format they wish to present at the conference:

– Oral or Poster

• Then the author must upload an extended abstract using the abstract template provided on the RSAMD conference website under the Call for Papers Section

• After uploading Click Done, the submission is complete
