3 year view of Threshold’s Net Earnings 2012 -$180,943 2013 -$31,630 2014 +$10,586 Financial Integrity Ministry Activities: [80.1%] Project Programs 47.6% Evangelistic Activities 30.2% Scholarships 2.3% Administration: [19.9%] General and Admin 15.6% Fundraising 4.3% FINANCIALS In 2014, we focused on the topics “Ministry in the Margins” and “Pioneering Church”. These courses prepared students to think outside the box when it comes to new ways to reach people for the kingdom. Other courses included Christian Community and Counseling - creating practical skills that nurture self-awareness and helping others. 2014 Highlights and Milestones: Mabel Brown was commissioned in Inuvik, NT at the Church of the Ascension. Joan Cavanaugh Clark made her commitment to follow the Rule of Life as an Evangelist-in- Training at our Service of Commitment at Saint James The Less Church. Spring training module took place in Toronto, as a pilot site for training. Students were able to visit and learn hands on with our Evangelists Jonathan Clark at Richview Baptist Church and Michelle Simmons at the Barrie Food Bank. Special guests joining us were Jon Dykeman, a student from Wycliffe College and the Rev. Canon Virginia Doctor, the Indigenous Ministries Coordinator for the Anglican Church in Canada. FORMATION Administrative costs include: office expenses, professional fees, travel, Social Media and advertising and promotional material design.

Our Threshold community is an order of Evangelists consisting of clergy, outreach and missions workers, offender and ex-offender reintegration chaplains, youth ministry leaders and missional community planters - spreading Jesus’ message of hope to all parts of Canda.

Our Evangelists share faith through words and action in a variety of contexts across Canada, transforming lives and communities with the Good News of the Gospel. Threshold Ministries has the privilege to be working with our Evangelists in helping to pioneer new ministries across Canada.

2014 Highlights and Milestones:• Over 600 Canadians served through our services and

outreach programs• Successful Community Garden Project start up• Over 100 sponsors for the Christmas Backpacks Campaign• The Street Hope RV creates a safe, warm place for people

off the streets every night• Workshops & Training Events

1. Strengthen our relationship with supporters and partners.2. Strengthen our relationship and support to our evangelists.3. Increase the number of workshops and teaching in Canada.4. Increase our financial base to launch and seed new ministries.
