    the

    Baton

    Rougearea(plusbillionsmoreinLakeCharlesandotherSouthLouisiana

    markets).

    Thiswill

    initially

    produce

    number

    of

    construction

    related

    (often

    involvingtemporaryresidents,forwhomapartmentsareneeded)and

    designrelated(engineering,etc.)jobs.
