Le zattere ARIMAR sono realizzate con eleva-tissimi parametri di Qualità unitamente alle più aggiornate tecnologie e metodologie produttive disponibili.La gamma zattere Arimar Safety Professio-nal è composta da prodotti approvati Solas/MED e da prodotti specifici per la navigazione nazionale;

si dividono in DEEP SEA, per un uso senza alcun tipo di limitazione, e MED SEA per naviga-zione Italiana.Sono disponibili nelle versioni Lanciabili, Lanciabili/Autoraddrizzanti, Ammainabili e Am-mainabili/Autoraddrizzanti, sono conformi alle normative Solas (Safety of Life at Sea), alla Requirements of Marine Equipment Directive (MED) 96/98/EC, ai suoi successivi emenda-menti, nonché alle Risoluzioni IMO applicabili e sono state tutte approvate dal RINA.Le zattere professionali Arimar sono impiegabili su tutte le unità navali che svolgano navigazioni nazionali e internazionali per scopi professionali (trasporto passeggeri, trasporto merci, ecc.) o per navi da diporto.

ARIMAR’s liferafts are manufactured in compli-ance with the highest quality standards together with the most advanced available production processes and technologies.The range of ARIMAR Safety Professional Lifer-afts consists of SOLAS / MED approved products and of specific products for domestic shipping; They are divided into DEEP SEA, for navigation use without any limit from the coast, and MED

SEA for vessels operating within Italian Coastal Navigation.They are available into the versions Davit Launch, Davit Launched/Self Righting, and Throw Over-board/Self Righting.They comply with the SOLAS rules (Safety of Life at Sea) with the requirements of Marine Equip-ment Directive (MED)96/98/EC and its further amendments and, as well as with IMO (Interna-tional Maritime Organization) resolutions; These were all approved by RINA.The ARIMAR Professional Liferafts can be installed on all ships engaged in Domestic andInternational Navigation on a Professional basis (Passengers transporting, Cargo and so on) and on a pleasure basis. According to the navigation

requirements, these can be equipped with either Emergency equipment “A” or “B” pack Type.The ARIMAR Professional Liferafts are enclosed into fibreglass rigid containers which have been specifically designed to withstand the stresses of an extremely harsh marine environment. They are available in the following versions: “Roll” cylindrical container or “flat” rectangular container. The container options can both be installed individually on specific flat or inclined racks alternatively they can be installed in stacked pairs once again flat or inclined. La zattera DEEP-SEA SR-DL è un moderno dispositivo di salvataggio ammainabile e auto-raddrizzante disponibile nelle versioni 35P DL-SR, 37P DL-SR e 40P DL-SR per soddisfare tutte le esigenze delle navi per trasporto passeggeri e Ro-Ro. Le zattere DEEP-SEA SR-DL sono state approvate dal RINA in accordo alle più recenti normative ed emendamenti della IMO-SOLAS e aggiornate in base agli ultimi emendamenti IMO. Arimar è l’unica azienda al mondo ad avere ottenuto l’approvazione per la versione 40 posti, pertanto unico modello esistente attualmente sul mercato. Ciò rappresenta un importante traguardo raggiunto da Arimar, entrata così a pieno titolo nel settore del trasporto passeg-geri. Le zattere DEEP-SEA DL-SR sono inoltre approvate USCG (US Coast Guard) e valide in tutti i paesi del mondo.

The Liferaft DEEP-SEA SR-DL is a mod-ern Inflatable device. Davit Launched and

Self Righting it is available in the following versions 35, 37 and 40 Person SR-DL allowing SR-DL to meet all the ships requirements for passenger transport and Ro-Ro. The DEEP-SEA SR DL Liferafts were approved by RINA ac-cording to the latest IMO-SOLAS regulations and subsequent amendments including the new IMO amendments. ARIMAR is the only company in the world to gain approval for

the 40 Person model, therefore this is the currently the only model in the market today. This is a very important goal achieved by ARIMAR now a leader of change in passenger transport. DEEP-SEA SR-DL are approved to USCG (US Coast Guard) as well and as valid across the world.

Le zattere Deep Sea lanciabili sono disponibili da 6 a 40 posti, in contenitore VTR Flat e Roll, con altezze di posizionamento di 18 e 25 metri e rappresentano il punto di arrivo della moderna tecnologia applicata alla salvaguardia della vita in mare. I modelli da 6 a 25 posti sono lanciabili, mentre il modello da 40 posti è lanciabile e autoraddrizzante.

Nuova DEEP-SEA “COMPACT” La nuova gamma di zattere SOLAS “COMPACT” testimonia la continua ricerca tecnologica e l’attenzione di Arimar all’innovazione nel campo della sicurezza in mare. Realizzata per ottimiz-zare al massimo le dimensioni e i pesi - fino al 30% inferiori rispetto agli standard esistenti - è ideale per maxi yacht e piccolo naviglio professionale che hanno l’esigenza di contenere gli ingombri. La linea SOLAS “COMPACT” è costituita da 8 modelli tutti disponibili con dota-

zioni sia pacco “A” sia pacco “B”. Le zattere 6, 8 e 10 posti sono racchiuse in contenitore Flat prodotto in un particolare tipo di ABS “UV resi-stant”, mentre la 12P in contenitore Flat in VTR. Le zattere 6/8/10/12 Roll utilizzano invece un nuovo contenitore VTR di dimensioni particolar-mente ridotte.

The Self Launch DEEP SEA liferafts are avail-able from 6 up to 40 person, in fibre glass rigid container. “Flat” and “Roll” type with a 18 and 25mtr height of stowage they represent the result of modern technology applied to the protection of life at sea. The models 6 to 25 person are Self Launch type and the 40 person model is self Launch Self Righting.

New DEEP-SEA “COMPACT”New to the Arimar Liferaft Range is the SOLAS MED model “DEEP SEA COMPACT” which is a testament to the continuous advance in tech-nological research and focus by Arimar toward innovation and adaptation to suit current market needs. Arimar have created a liferaft which optimises both space and weight limitations and delivers a 30% reduction against existing stand-ards. The new range targets smaller Professional working vessels and larger Yachts where space and weight distribution are of greater relevance. The range consists of 8 models, each available as either “A” or “B” pack in sizes 6, 8 or 10 person configuration. Available as either a flat canister made from “ABS UV Resistant” material or a cylindrical container made of GRP. The new 12 person containers, flat and cylindrical, are both of GRP construction. All containers offer excellent compact dimensions.

Le zattere FORC, destinate alla navigazione in acque costiere e tra le isole, sono progettate con gli stessi elevati standard qualitativi di ogni prodotto Arimar e in osservanza alle normative internazionali IMO/SOLAS, unitamente alle più aggiornate tecnologie e metodologie produttive. • Le zattere FORC, disponibilie nelle misure

da 25/50 e 100 Persone, sono realizzate per essere reversibili, ovvero sempre prontamente utilizzabili.

• I tubolari di grande diametro consentono una elevata stabilità in mare, grazie anche alle tasche di zavorra realizzate in grandi dimensioni.

• Lo speciale tessuto Ari-tex (app. Solas) con cui le FORC sono costruite, è realizzato per resistere alla corrosione e all’abrasione.

• Il contenitore esterno di forma cilindrica permette un agevole utilizzo e consente alla zattera di galleggiare anche se non attivata.

• N° 2 luci interne ad attivazione automa-tica illuminano la zattera nel momento dell’attivazione, per un pronto rilevamento e utilizzo della stessa.

• Su entrambi i tubolari sono presenti elementi retroriflettenti per facilitare le ricerche della zattera in mare.Il tipo di equi-paggiamento risponde a quanto previsto dalle normative che regolano la navigazione per gli H.S.C. (High Speed Crafts).

Le zattere FORC sono la scelta migliore per le im-barcazioni commerciali e passeggeri che operano in acque ravvicinate. Accessori disponibili:A) Supporti a culla; B) Cinghie di rizzaggio; C) Sgancio a rilascio idrostatico (HRU).

Zattere autogonfiabili specifiche per la Naviga-zione Nazionale. Sono utilizzabili su tutte le imbarcazioni battenti bandiera italiana quali: • Navi passeggeri non soggette al d.Igs

45/2000;• Navi da carico non soggette alla normativa

SOLAS; • Navi abilitate alla pesca costiera ravvici-

nata e alla pesca nel mar Mediterraneo non soggette al d.Igs 541/1999.

Sono realizzate grazie all’’esperienza ventenna-le di Arimar mediante processi di saldatura ad alta frequenza (High Frequency Bonding).Questo tipo di saldatura garantisce una lunga durata e assoluta robustezza in assenza di collanti.

Le zattere sono disponibili da 4 a 12 persone, in contenitore rigido rettangolare (Flat) realizzato in uno speciale ABS “UV resistant” o in conte-nitore cilindrico (Roll) realizzato in vetroresina.Le MED-SEA richiedono una revisione ogni 2 anni in base alle più recenti normative e sono state approvate dal RINA S.p.A in riferimento alla Circolare Ministeriale Serie Generale n° 78 del 29 dicembre 2008.

Inflatable liferafts for the National navigation only. They can be installed on all the following ships that fly the Italian flag: • Passenger ships not subjects to the Italian

rule d.Igs 45/2000• Cargo Boats not subjects to the SOLAS rule• Ships qualified for the fishing near to the

coast and for the fishing into the Mediter-ranean sea, which are not subjects to the d.Igs 541/1999.

These are the result of ARIMAR’s 20 years experience through high frequency bonding welding process.This kind of welding process assures a long life and an absolute sturdiness without use of glues.The liferafts are available in rigid rectangular special ABS UV resistant containers (“Flat” type) or in a fibre glass cylindrical container (“Roll” type).The Med Sea has to be serviced every 2 years according to the latest regulations and are approved by RINA S.p.A with reference to “Cirolare Ministeriale Serie Generale” no.78 dated 29/12/2008.

Arimar’s range of inflatable liferafts includes models with basic equipment and solutions, as well as models that are equipped with addi-tional accessories to comply with the strictest international standards and to offer a high safety level to the people who have to face extremely treacherous navigations.The liferafts are manufactured in bright colours, which can be easily sighted even in case of reduced visibility. In addition, they are equipped with wide entrances to facilitate rescue opera-tions, and assure shelter from the inclemency of weather and great stability even in bad weather conditions. Gli Arimar Fast Rescue Boats sono veloci battelli di salvataggio dotati di sistema di autoraddriz-zamento, progettati e realizzati con elevatissimi parametri di sicurezza e qualità, secondo le ultime normative Solas, con una forma ed una proporzio-ne tali da mantenere un’ampia stabilità anche in condizioni di mare agitato. Installati a bordo di grosse imbarcazioni o piattaforme, diventano rapidi mezzi di soccorso perfettamente compatibili con tutti i più recenti requisiti per navi Ro-Ro, che in caso d’emergenza, vengono ammainati in acqua con gru o gruette, tramite un sicuro sistema di sgancio automatico ‘off load’.Si contraddistinguono per ottima affidabilità, manovrabilità, e tenuta in acqua, sono in grado di mantenere stabilità positiva e non avere danneg-giamenti anche se capovolti, forati o lacerati in uno degli elementi pneumatici.Il tubolare è fissato alla carena per mezzo di un aggancio meccanico appositamente studiato che

permette di fornire all’imbarcazione una rapida sostituzione e aggancia solidamente la struttura pneumatica alla carena.Hanno elevata potenza e capacità di traino, pos-sono rimorchiare zattere di grandi dimensioni e rappresentare anche un efficace mezzo di ricerca e recupero di persone scomparse, oppure essere utilizzati come mezzo di lavoro adatto a svolgere ruoli quali pattuglia, controllo e indagine. 850 Fast Rescue Boat Costruiti grazie alle più aggiornate tecnologie produttive questi battelli sono dotati di carena a ‘V’ in alluminio e tubolare in neoprene fabbricato in colori altamente visibili per essere riconoscibile anche in condizioni di scarsa visibilità.Tutti i materiali del battello sono in grado di resi-stere senza danneggiarsi a sbalzi di temperatura estrema e alle più avverse condizioni climatiche.Inoltre, grazie ad un’elevatissima autonomia, sono predisposti per operare lontano dalla nave madre anche per lunghi periodi, fornendo un

ambiente protetto e confortevole per equipaggio e passeggeri.Sono equipaggiati con sistema di propulsione composto da due motori diesel ad ognuno dei quali è collegato un idrogetto.I motori sono progettati in modo che, se ribaltati, non permettono la fuoriuscita di olio o carburante e, dopo l’eventuale ribaltamento dell’imbarcazio-ne, possono essere immediatamente riaccesi per consentire nuovamente la navigazione.680 Fast Rescue BoatBattello d’emergenza simile al precedente, ma in dimensioni più contenute.Questo battello differisce principalmente per la carena in vetroresina e per la scelta della motorizzazione allestita con un motore entro-fuoribordo particolarmente idoneo a soddisfare l’attività operativa per mezzi da lavoro, in grado di funzionare a basse temperatura e in condizione estreme di utilizzo.

The arimar Fast Rescue Boats are fast lifeboats with self-righting system, designed and manu-factured with the highest quality and safety standards, according to the latest SOLAS regulations, with a shape and a proportion able to keep high stability even in rough sea.Installed on large vessels or platforms, they become fast emergency vehicles perfectly compatible with all the latest requirements for Ro-Ro, that, in an emergency, are dropped down in the water with a crane or davit, via a secure automatic system release ‘off load’.They are characterized by excellent reliability, manoeuvrability and seaworthiness. They are able to maintain positive stability without dam-ages, even if inverted, perforated or torn in one of the pneumatic elements.The tube is fixed to the hull by means of a specially designed mechanical coupling system, that allows the vessel to provide a quick replacement and solidly engages the pneumatic

structure to the hull.They have high power and towing capacity, can tow large rafts and also represent an effective means of search and recovery of missing persons, or used as the means of work suited to undertake roles such as patrol, control and investigation.850 Fast Rescue BoatBuilt using the most updated production technolo-gies, these boats are equipped with ‘V’ hull in aluminum and neoprene buoyancy tube manufac-tured in highly visible colors to be recognizable even in conditions of poor visibility.All the materials of the boat are able to withstand without damage to extreme changes in tempera-ture and to adverse weather conditions.Moreover, thanks to their high autonomy, they are designed to operate far from the mother ship even for long periods, providing a comfortable and secure environment for crew and passengers.They are equipped with a propulsion system consisting of two diesel engines each of which is
