DMGCME would like to o�er you a Product Theater luncheon session at our events in 2014 on the topic of your choosing. The presentation will be 45 minutes in

length followed by 5 minutes of questions/answers. Presenter is welcome to entertain additional Q & A outside ballroom. Product Theaters are scheduled to not compete with any other educational programming and all registered conference attendees are invited and encouraged to attend. The investment is only $70 per participant in the room plus a $5,000 administrative fee.

• Provide ballroom for function• Select and provide luncheon meal• Provide audiovisual technicians/equipment (professional staging, lighting, sound, etc) including 2 roving microphones for audience questions

• Identify speaker and pay related expenses• Design, print, and distribute product theater invitations, flyers, signs, etc (if applicable)• Introduce speaker, distribute and collect program materials, sign in sheets, etc

Not able to commit to exhibiting at DMGCME throughout 2014? The following opportunities allow you to create a support package that meets your marketing

goals, while staying within a more limited budget. Rates are per conference.

Registration Bag Insert: $500

the registration bag, which is given to

Attendee Mailing List: $500

Invite attendees to stop by your exhibit bymailing them information about your products and services prior to the conference. The attendee list will include name, credentials and mailing address, which may be used one time to send a conference-related mail piece. The mail piece must be approved by DMGCME prior to the list being released to the exhibitor.

Lanyards: $2,000

Get your company name seen by displaying it on the neck strap of the name badge lanyard that will be worn by each attendee during the conference. These lanyards are often also used post-conference by attendees in their home practices and clinics, extending your company recognition beyond the conference.

GoBo Lighted Logo: $3,000

Catch attendees’ attention as they enter the conference space by displaying your logo in the registration area. A GoBo lens will be created with your company logo and then placed in a lighting element that will shine on the wall in a prominent, welcoming space of the conference.

Email Invitation: $1,000

Make sure conference attendees stop by your exhibit by sending them a broadcast email invitation prior to the conference. Our professional system supports HTML and plain text email messages. Use this cost-effi cient marketing e�ort to send professional emails, with opt-outs managed for you. Plus we will provide a real-time HTML tracking report. This opportunity is available only to companies who have secured exhibit space. Additional options are available for a national marketing email blast.
