All the crazy quilt style blocks in 5 sizes have been adopted. Let your imagination run wildas you cover the seams and decorate the blocks with tatting and other embellishments. Letyour thread complement or contrast with the colors found in the pieces of the block. Someof these pieces have come back already. See the potential layout scheme.
However, there are 8 focal pieces for the quilt in theform of a large block. The background is all white.Using the theme of flowers and vines, the tatter isencouraged to fill the block, doily style with tatting, witha tatted collage, or a flower garden block.
Please consider adopting one of the important focalpoint blocks.

The A blocks are 9"x 9" or 23 x 23 cm. There are solid color blocks and print blocks. Eachblock has a set of four corner blocks, block B 3" x 3" or 8 x 8 cm. You will have 4 cornerblocks to decorate. Martha Ess has provided the “Anything” Teapot pattern for us to use. For example.
With the open center teapot, the print fabric will show through and add to the design.
The filled center teapot, the thread might show best against a solid background.
You are welcome to use tatting designs for teacups, teaspoons, chocolate drops, candybars, anything related to a tea party theme.
Center your tatting and keep your decoration at least ½" away from the edges.
