1. Executive Summary This report constitutes the output of Task 3.1, consisting on the upadating of the key-actors list prepared in Task 2.1. In that Task the partners involved did a methodical search to obtain an exhaustive list of key institutions related to aeronautical sector. The objective of this deliverable is to complete the previous list of key actors with additional fields to obtain more powerful and useful information. By completing this Task, CoopAIR has a wide spectrum of LA capabilities and sectors where they have more potential and competences. At the same time, we have identified the most relevant points of contact to promote and disseminate 7th Framework Program in LA countries. This deliverable is one of the two we have to prepare for Work Package 3, where the objective has been the analysis and detection of barriers and problems for LA institutions, to participate in the Framework Program. As a reminder, next figure shows the structure of the project.

2. Database description 2.1. Introduction After the first data field categorization we have modified the database by adding several additional fields to obtain a better classification of LA relevant actors in the aeronautics sector. Now the database of LA relevant actors is available for being exploited and pre-processed. It should be a key element when detecting synergies and analysing capacities. 2.2. Basic fields Considering the output of Deliverable D2.1 (Report of actors involved, analysis on the industries and market) and to adapt it to the database, the following tables have been produced (sheets in the document):
• [Table 1] Stakeholders: it is the main one, as it collects relevant information of each identified institution.
Fields:
o ID: identification code.
o Organism: name (e.g. ‘Universidad de Concepcion’).
o Status: kind of status (e.g. ‘University). Possible values from Table 2 (see below).
