DIVISION OF BANKING AND SECURITIES Page 2

This directory provides a comprehensive listing of all state-chartered banks, national banks, state

and federal thrifts and credit unions, small loan companies, premium finance companies, trust

companies, deferred deposit lenders, and BIDCOS, that are approved and operating in the State

The Division of Banking and Securities charters, licenses, and supervises state-chartered com-

mercial banks (3), mutual savings banks (1), credit unions (1), trust companies (3), bank holding

companies (3), small loan offices (1), premium finance offices (25), deferred deposit offices (24),

and BIDCOS (1). In addition to these state-chartered institutions, there are 3 nationally-chartered

commercial banks, and 13 federal credit unions.
