JOE BREEZE MOUNTAIN TECHNOLOGYD’FUSION TUBINGBreezer D’Fusion tubing strengthens Breezer mountain bikes with a unique D-shape profile on the top and down tubes near the head-tube inter-section and at the top tube-seat tube intersection. Significant stress travels through these joints, and D’Fusion tubing’s broader cross-section diffuses that load over a wider area, reducing the risk of fatigue. In the rear triangle, D’Fusion adds rigidity to the chainstays through a wider cross-section, while positioning the broad area outboard, to reduce chain suck. D’Fusion tubing eliminates ride dead-ening and heavy gussets and lets the tubing do the lightweight and lively work it was designed to do.

APEX DISC MOUNTThe Breezer Apex Disc Mount puts the rear brake caliper on the chainstay. The increased diameter of the chainstay provides a huge increase in torsional rigidity over the smaller seatstay. Not only is braking performance increased and chatter decreased, but the caliper is also safely protected within the Apex of the rear triangle - instead of “hanging off the back” like other bikes on the market.

BREEZE-IN DROPOUTSJoe Breeze’s iconic Breeze-In dropout offers twice the rigidity and half the weight of standard dropouts. Breeze-Ins enable the stays to extend as close as possible to the rear axle, making tubing the rightful star of the show. Breeze-In dropouts improve shifting, wheel changes, and of course, the ride quality.

MLINK SUSPENSION Born from Breezer’s collaboration with industry- leading kinematics experts, Sotto Group, MLinkTM is the all-new full-suspension system available exclusively on Breezer’s Repack & Supercell models. MLinkTM, which stands for mid-link, is a four-bar suspension system with the important chainstay pivot positioned in the middle of the chainstay. This balanced design provides a smooth and efficient system with less flex, less binding, and less bearing and pivot stress.
